IncroMold™ T by Cargill is an internal mold release agent. It improves cycle time and productivity in a variety of polymers. When dispersed evenly through the polymer, it migrates to the surface where it forms a thin lubricating layer which reduces the coefficient of friction between surfaces and prevents any unwanted adhesion.
- It is recommended for polyamides (PA) and engineering polymers.
- It offers consistent mold release, improved surface finish, continuous running, and reduced machine wear & cleaning.
- It is suitable for use at temperatures upto and above 280°C.
- It is used in automotive and injection molding applications.
- The recommended dosage level is 0.5% for molding applications.
- IncroMold™ T has a shelf life of 1 year.
