RECYCLOBYK® 4376

RECYCLOBYK® 4376 by BYK is a granulated stabilizer concentrate to improve the mechanical and rheological properties for the recycling of engineering plastics including recycled polyester and polyamide polymers. It re-stabilizes against the negative influences of hydrolytic degradation and enhances long-term thermal stability. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is used for increasing the resin viscosity of degraded post-consumer PET flakes. </li> <li>It improves the processing and the properties of recycled polycarbonate, PET, PBT, TPU. </li> <li> It increases melt strength of polycondensation polymers and allows the processor to reduce material costs by incorporating a higher content of regenerate/recyclate into the polymer compounds. </li> <li>It is easily dispersed into the resin by using conventional extrusion compounding techniques.</li> <li>Recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.7%. </li> <li>Shelf life of RECYCLOBYK® 4376 is 24 months. </li>

RECYCLOBYK® 4374 by BYK is a granulated stabilizer concentrate with anti-oxidizing agents, co-stabilizers and modifiers for the recycling of plastics. It has been specifically developed to re-stabilize and improve the mechanical properties of recycled plastics.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It enhances the processing, long term thermal properties combined with preserved rheological properties and application possibilities of the recyclate. </li> <li>It is used in polyolefin blends, multilayer film recycling, post-industrial and post-consumer polymers like PO-mixtures with polyamide or polyester impurities. </li> <li> Recommended dosage level is 0.5-2% depending on the residual stabilizer content and the amount of other polymer impurities in the recyclate. </li> <li>Shelf life of RECYCLOBYK® 4374 is 24 months. </li>

RECYCLOBYK® 4372

RECYCLOBYK® 4372 by BYK is a free-flowing light stabilizer system. It is a mixture of light stabilizers, antioxidants and co-stabilizers. It enhances the processing and long-term stability of the recyclate. It is used in polyolefin recyclates such as HDPE, LDPE and PP, as well as blends and copolymers of these resins for making thick-walled articles such as bottle crates, containers, waste bins, films, and pallets. It is used in pigmented & unpigmented polyolefin recyclates for applications in thick-walled sections intended to be used outdoors. RECYCLOBYK® 4372 is used in recycled material originating from short-life applications such as packaging, which is intended to be reused in long-term applications. Depending on the residual stabilizer content of the material to be recycled, it is used in quantities from 0.1% to 0.5%. It is listed in EINECS, TSCA, DSL, AICS, PICCS, IECSC, ENCS, NZIoC and ECSI. It is in line with Directive 2011/65/EU (EU RoHS 2), as amended by the Delegated Directive (EU) 2015/863 (EU RoHS 3), EU Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE), EU Directive 94/62/EC (Packaging Waste) and CONEG Toxics in Packaging. The shelf life of this product is 24 months.

RECYCLOBYK® 4371

RECYCLOBYK® 4371 by BYK is a free-flowing stabilizer system for the recycling of polyolefins. It is a blend of antioxidants & co-stabilizers specifically developed to re-stabilize products. It enhances the processing and long-term stability of the recyclate. It preserves the melt flow properties and the long-term thermal stability. It helps to neutralize acids which may be present in the polymer from the previous processing and use. It can be dispersed into the polymer by using conventional extrusion compounding techniques. RECYCLOBYK® 4371 is used in polyolefin blends with different compositions, e.g. bottle fractions and polypropylene contaminated with other polymeric materials. It is suitable for PP exposed to aggressive substances, e.g. battery housings and mixed plastic from household or industrial waste streams. The recommended dosage level is 0.1-1%. It has a shelf life of 24 months.

RECYCLOBYK® 4373

RECYCLOBYK® 4373 by BYK is a free flowing, stabilizer system with repair properties for recycling plastics. It is a blend of antioxidants, co-stabilizers and reactive additives. It has been specifically developed to re-stabilize. The product enhances the processing of the recyclate. It is a ready-to-add additive package, which the compounder/recycler can use without further premixing. It improves mechanical and long-term thermal properties combined with preserved rheological properties add value and enhance the application possibilities of the recyclate. RECYCLOBYK® 4373 helps to stabilize plastic recylates, providing protection against the negative effects of impurities such as paint or ink residues during processing and heat aging. It is especially recommended for polyolefin blends, PP/EPDM contaminated with paint residues, e.g. TPO scrap, PC/polyester blends contaminated with paint residues, e.g. PC/PBT scrap, post-industrial and post-consumer polymers like PO-mixtures with polyamide or polyester impurities. It is recommended for engineering thermoplastics. The recommended level is 0.1%-2%, depending on the residual stabilizer content and the amount of other polymer impurities in the recyclate. The shelf life of this product is 24 months.
