RECYCLOBYK® 4375 by BYK is a granulated stabilizer concentrate for the recycling of polyolefins. It enhances the processing stability at elevated processing temperatures and long-term stability of the recyclate.
- The melt flow properties and the long-term thermal stability can be preserved, enhancing the value and the application possibilities of the recyclate.
- It helps to neutralize the acids from previous processing.
- It can dispersed into the polymer by using conventional extrusion compounding techniques.
- It is used in recycling of polyolefin blend, battery case recycling and contaminated polypropylene.
- Recommended dosage level is 0.1-1%.
- Shelf life of RECYCLOBYK® 4375 is 24 months.
