RECYCLOBYK® 4374 by BYK is a granulated stabilizer concentrate with anti-oxidizing agents, co-stabilizers and modifiers for the recycling of plastics. It has been specifically developed to re-stabilize and improve the mechanical properties of recycled plastics.
- It enhances the processing, long term thermal properties combined with preserved rheological properties and application possibilities of the recyclate.
- It is used in polyolefin blends, multilayer film recycling, post-industrial and post-consumer polymers like PO-mixtures with polyamide or polyester impurities.
- Recommended dosage level is 0.5-2% depending on the residual stabilizer content and the amount of other polymer impurities in the recyclate.
- Shelf life of RECYCLOBYK® 4374 is 24 months.
