Irgastab® FS 301 FF by BASF is a non-phenolic system composed of a phosphite processing stabilizer Irgafos® 168 and a high molecular weight hydroxylamine Irgastab® FS 042. It acts as a processing-, heat- and light stabilizer. It is a blend of oxidized bis(hydrogenated tallow alkyl) amines (Irgafos® 168) and tris(2,4-di-tert.-butylphenyl)phosphite (Irgastab® FS 042). Exhibits excellent color control, compatibility, low volatility and high resistance to extraction. It offers high thermal- and UV stability when used in combination with hindered amine stabilizer such as Uvinul®, Chimassorb® or Tinuvin®. Irgastab® FS 301 FF is suitable for polyolefin applications where low color and low gas fade discoloration are required. Also used in PP fiber applications such as carpets, hygienic non-wovens and apparel as well as in polypropylene moldings such as automotive TPO’s and outdoor construction applications. Recommended use level is 0.05-0.15%. Irgastab® IS 4276L by BASF is an aqueous dispersion of low volatile and non-discoloring antioxidants. It acts as a processing stabilizer and provides excellent protection against thermo-oxidative degradation of MBS, ASA, SB-latex, PUR-Latex and related emulsion polymerization type of polymers. It is also suitable for the stabilization of thermoplastic styrene copolymers. It confers outstanding color performance, improved long term heat & storage stability as well as handling, safety and hygiene advantages. Recommended dosage level of Irgastab® IS 4276L is 0.5-2.0%. Irgastab® FS 410 FF by BASF is a non-phenolic blend of a high molecular weight hydroxylamine Irgastab® FS 042 and a high molecular weight hindered amine Chimassorb® 944 in a 1:1 ratio. It acts as a processing-, light- and long-term thermal stabilizer. Exhibits excellent compatibility, high resistance to extraction and low volatility. Irgastab® FS 410 FF is suitable for polyolefins applications where low color and low gas fade discoloration are required. It also enhances the ability of hindered amines to act as light stabilizers. Recommended usage level is 0.075-0.1%. Irgastab® Cable KV10 by BASF is a high performance, primary (phenolic) antioxidant and heat stabilizer for polyethylene-based wire and cable applications. It provides high efficient processing and long-term heat aging stability combined with excellent system compatibility. This sulphur-containing grade performs highest scorch resistance and simultaneously has low impact on crosslinking efficiency. Irgastab® Cable KV10 is highly effective at low levels and can be used alone without costabilizers. Recommended usage levels range between 0.05% and 0.3%. Irgastab® RM 68 FF by BASF is a processing- and light stabilizer system designed for use in rotational molding applications. It is a blend of processing stabilizers and high molecular weight hindered amine stabilizers. It is suitable for polyolefin and polyethylene compounds. Irgastab® RM 68 FF offers heat time reduction in rotational molding process, especially for low MFI polyethylene. Provides low initial color, minimal gas fade discoloration and improved mechanical properties to the final products. Its typical use level ranges between 0.35-0.45% for polyethylene. It confers a UV 8 (under ASTM G 155, Cycle I) light stability to polyethylene. Irgastab® IS 3066L by BASF is a 40% active aqueous micro-emulsion, a thermal stabilizer package for vinyl polymers. It protects the substrates against thermal degradation of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) during manufacturing, processing and end-use. It provides excellent heat stability, low color and high thermal stability. Irgastab® IS 3066L offers good chain terminating properties during PVC polymerization. It reduces the formation of fish eyes in film applications. The recommended usage level is 0.03-0.08% as chain stopper and thermal stabilizer for the PVC polymerization. Irgastab® FS 533 FF by BASF is a phenol-free phosphite processing stabilizer designed for use in polyolefin fiber applications. It acts as a light stabilizer when combined with hindered amine light stabilizers such as Chimassorb® 2020 and/or UV absorbers such as Tinuvin® 326. Offers excellent long term thermal stability, low color and minimal gas fade discoloration due to no phenolic interaction. Irgastab® FS 533 FF is suitable for controlled rheology & rheology reactor polypropylene (PP) fibre and fabrics. Designed for bulk continuous filaments and staple fiber applications such as upholstery and floor covering. The recommended dosage level is 0.10–0.15%. Irgastab® IS 2580 FF by BASF is a proprietary blend composed of light stabilizer and processing stabilizer. It is especially suitable for polyethylene and polyolefin rotational molding applications. It offers heat time reduction especially for low MFI polyethylene. It provides low initial color, minimal gas fade discoloration and improved mechanical properties to the final products. The recommended use level of Irgastab® IS 2580 FF is 0.28-0.35% in PE. This grade confers a UV 8-12+ (under ASTM G155, Cycle I) light stability. Irgastab® PVC 76 by BASF is a 45% active, solvent-free emulsion of a low volatile, non-discoloring processing- & thermal stabilizer. It is suitable for the stabilization of suspension PVC. It offers very good protection against thermo-oxidative degradation of PVC and does not lead to deposits of solid particles in the pumping systems and other process equipments. It provides productivity, efficiency and friendly use in S-PVC plants. Recommended use level of Irgastab® PVC 76 is 50-600 ppm. It is FDA approved. Irgastab® PUR 71 by {suppplier} is an antioxidant and anti-scorch agent. It offers state-of-the-art anti-scorch resistance to polyol as well as foam producers, preventing heat degradation during the foaming process. It is formulated without aromatic amine to promote a better environmental, health and safety profile. <br>
