Sanitized® MB PE 24-71

Sanitized® MB PE 24-71 by Sanitized is an antimicrobial agent. It offers highly effective and durable protection against bacterial (gram-positive and negative), fungal, yeast, algae and mold attack, and prevents the odor caused by them. It exhibits good resistance to water, weathering and light exposure, and can be processed even at high temperatures up to 300°C. It is free from phthalates, arsenic, cadmium, TBT, mercury and lead. It is ready to use and easy to dose.

• Its activity at the cellular level disrupts the metabolic processes of microorganisms, interrupting their ability to function, grow and reproduce.
• It is used in PE, PP and EVA resins that are generally used in extruded and injection molding articles.
• It is suitable for household and sanitary articles like brooms, brush bristles and handles, sealings, boards, films, sponges, containers, appliances and equipment, phones, toilet seats, bathtubs and sinks.
• Articles protected with Sanitized® MB PE 24-71 have good skin tolerance.
• It is also used in textiles, clothing applications such as shoe insoles and in industrial applications such as filters, sealings, ropes, packaging, gaskets, films and housings.
• The recommended dosage level is 1.0-3.0% relative to the total weight of the material to be protected.
