Sanitized® TH 27-24

Sanitized® TH 27-24 by Sanitized is an anionic, water-based antimicrobial agent. It offers reliable and durable protection against a large number of bacteria (gram-positive and gram-negative), yeast, micro-fungi, mildew, mold and algae, and prevents odor caused by them. Its activity disrupts the metabolic processes of microorganisms, interrupting their ability to function, grow and reproduce. It exhibits perspiration fastness and temperature stability up to 200°C. It is free from organic solvents and AOX. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is suitable for PUR foams based on TDI or MDI having varying density and hardness.</li> <li>It is designed for furnishing materials such as upholstery foams for mattresses, furniture and pillow, and household articles such as bath and kitchen sponges and other cleaning articles.</li> <li>It is also used in clothing, artificial leather, work and sportswear, rain and protective wear, shoes, tents and conveyor belts. </li> <li>Substrates protected by Sanitized® TH 27-24 have outstanding skin tolerance and are safe for man and environment. </li> <li>The recommended dosage level is 10-25%, when pre-dispersed in polyol. </li> <li>It is US EPA approved and EU BPR compliant. </li> <li>It is dermatologically tested and accepted for OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. </li> <li>It has a shelf life of 24 months.</li></ul>

Sanitized® BC A 21-41 by Sanitized is an antimicrobial additive based on a natural active ingredient, silver in a transparent glass ceramic carrier. It protects the polymer against microbial infestation, inhibiting bacteria and their activity, and preventing the formation of unpleasant odors caused by bacteria. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers durable effectiveness, is washing resistant, and remains stable at temperatures up to 500°C. </li> <li>It is compatible with most additives used in the plastic industry, such as stabilizers, antistatic products, fillers, pigments, optical brighteners and UV absorbers.</li> <li>It is especially suitable for use in films, synthetic fibers (PA, PP) and monofilaments. </li> <li>Substrates protected with product are safe for man and the environment.</li> <li>It can also be used in sheets, extruded, and molded parts.</li> <li>It is used in a variety of applications, including appliances like refrigerators with extruded parts, personal care items such as toothbrushes, flooring such as carpets.</li> <li>It is also recommended for bedding articles including pillow fiber fill and mattress covers, sanitary articles like toilet seats and bathtubs, cleaning articles such as brooms and wiping cloths, packaging materials like non-woven fabrics and films, and industrial applications including filters, ropes, and automotive textiles.</li> <li>Recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.6% of the total weight of the material to be protected.</li> <li>Sanitized® BC A 21-41 is approved with US FDA, EFSA, EU Regulations 10/2011, NSF. Sanitized® BC 98-56 by Sanitized is an antimicrobial agent with bacteriostatic effect against a large number of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, yeasts, fungi, and algae. It is suitable for thermoplastic polymers such as PE, PP, TPE, TPU, EVA, SAN, rubbers (EPDM, NBR, NR, SBR), rigid PVC, PUR. It is designed for extrusion and injection molded articles as profiles, foils, films, fibers, foams, and containers.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Substrates protected with Sanitized® BC 98-56 are safe for man and the environment.</li> <li>It is washing resistant and does not contain phthalates, arsenic, cadmium, TBT, mercury, or lead.</li> <li>Its activity on the cell disrupts the metabolic processes of microorganisms, thereby interrupting their ability to function, grow, and reproduce.</li> <li>It is used in various applications, including clothing for work and sportswear, rain and protective wear, gloves, and boots. </li> <li>In technical applications, it is used for floor and wall coverings, awnings, tents, sanitary articles, and foams. </li> <li>It is also used in furniture items like seat covers, mattress covers, shower curtains, and non-slip bath mats.</li> <li>In sports articles and equipment, it is used for mats, tents, swimming aids, and earplugs. </li> <li>Additionally, it is applied in automotive and public transport furnishings such as seat coverings and carpets, as well as in industrial applications like seals, conveyor belts, and handles.</li> <li>It can be used for indirect food contact polymer applications at maximum of 1000 ppm.</li> <li>The recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.3% of the total weight of the material to be protected.</li> <li>It is US EPA-registered, EU BPR-compliant, and accepted for OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Class I-IV.</li></ul>
