ENSACO® 250 G by Imerys is a conductive carbon black-based filler. It has a low surface area & high structure and is available in the form of granules as well as powder. It enables resistance to shear, conductivity. It shows very good purity and excellent electrical/mechanical balance. It offers very good dispersibility, excellent surface smoothness and very low water absorption. ENSACO® 250 G is suitable for electronic components, films, automotive industry, transport, computer, health, antistatic flooring, heating element, sensors, PTC switch, UV protection and pigmentation. It provides easy compounding and processing with high extrusion throughput. It is recommended for HDPE, PP, LDPE, PC, non-conducting applications, few conductive compounds such as seals, shoe soles, NBR conductive hose compounds and CR conveyor belts. It is used in semicon compounds (EEA/EBA) for conductor and easily strippable insulation shields (blends of EVA and NBR).

N550 by Birla Carbon is a high-quality carbon black. It exhibits medium surface area and structure carbon black as a general-purpose grade designed for use in body compounds in passenger tires and numerous rubber goods.

• It offers low heat buildup, long fatigue life, stiffness and tensile strength.
• N550 is applicable in mechanical rubber goods.
• It is recommended for general carcass and sidewall.
• It is used in building profiles, coolant, fuel, and non-automotive hoses, industrial conveyor, timing, and drive belts, roofing, gaskets, masterbatch/compounding, and solid tires and tracks.

Vanquish™ 100 Antimicrobial by Arxada is N-butyl-1, 2-benzisothiazolin-3-one. Acts as an antimicrobial/ antifungal additive for the preservation of plastic and rubber. Provides effective control of a wide range of bacterial, fungal and algal organisms thereby preventing degradation of the product. It protects the surface of substrates and prevents objectionable odors and aesthetic problems such as staining or growth on or in the substrate. It is easy to use due to its liquid form and excellent compatibility in most systems. It is used to preserve natural rubber and plastics such as PVC, polyurethane, silicone, acrylics and others to produce articles such as in coated fabric, floor coverings, underlay, mats, vinyl wall coverings, tarpaulins, awnings, roofing membranes, synthetic leather, swimming pool liners, ornamental pond liners, appliance gaskets, shoe soles, mid-soles, outers, sealants, caulks, weather stripping, pet toys, general household items, auto parts, foam, tubing, electrical, pipe wrap, furniture.

Sanitized® BC A 21-61 by Sanitized is an antimicrobial additive. It is suitable for thermoplastic polymers typically used for sheets and extruded or molded parts such as PP, PE, PC, EVA, ABS, PS, PUR, PMMA, SBR, and other thermoplastic elastomers. Substrates protected with product are safe for men and the environment.

• It protects the polymer against microbial infestation, inhibits bacteria and their activity, and prevents the formation of unpleasant odors caused by bacteria.
• It offers durable effectiveness, is washing resistant, and remains stable at temperatures up to 500°C.
• It contains a transparent glass ceramic carrier and is based on silver, a naturally occurring active ingredient.
• It is compatible with most additives used in the plastic industry, such as stabilizers, antistatic products, fillers, pigments, optical brighteners and UV absorbers.
• It is used in various applications, including home furnishing items such as flooring and laminated surfaces, household and sanitary articles like brooms, brush bristles and handles, boards, films, sponges, containers, appliances, phones, toilet seats, bathtubs, and sinks.
• Sanitized® BC A 21-61 is also used in clothing, including shoe insoles, artificial leather, and gloves, as well as industrial applications like filters, ropes, packaging, gaskets, films, and housings.
• The recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.6% of the total weight of the material to be protected.
• It is EPA-registered, BPR-compliant and approved for polymers with food contact (US FDA and EFSA).

N660 by Birla Carbon is a high-quality carbon black. It offers lower surface area and medium-low structure carbon black as a general-purpose grade designed for body compounds in passenger tires, including inner liners as well as numerous rubber goods.

• N660 exhibits low heat buildup, long fatigue life and good processibility, such as injection molding.
• It is used in sidewall Class B and building profiles, as well as in coolant, fuel, and non-automotive hoses, timing and drive belts.
• It is also suitable for anti-vibration applications (high-frequency and non-automotive), O-rings and gaskets, and masterbatch and compounding.

Globalene TPV 4755A NT by LCY Group acts as an impact modifier. It is a medium hardness, fully cured, multi-purpose thermoplastic elastomer containing ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM). It possesses excellent compression set and high temperature performance. It offers excellent ozone resistance and flexibility.

• It exhibits good chemical- and weathering resistance, quality sealing and electrical property.
• It is suitable for processing by injection molding and profile extrusion for non-fatty food contact applications such as food containers, seals, kitchenware and other non-specific food applications.
• Globalene TPV 4755A NT is recommended for automotive parts, appliances, business machines, construction, consumer products and electronics.
• It can replace mainstream TPV, thermoset EPDM rubber, styrene-based TPEs, flexible PVC, and other TPEs.
• It requires no pre-drying and can be processed on conventional thermoplastic equipment.
• It has a shelf life of 3 years.

Zinc Omadine™ Antimicrobial by Arxada is a highly active, broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent. Zinc Omadine™ Antimicrobial is used in carpet fibers and other construction materials to prevent the growth of fungi and algae on the surfaces of various articles.

OPTIbrite Muscovite Mica by Southeastern Performance Minerals is a filler. It is a wet processed muscovite mica with a platey shape, high aspect ratio, chemical inertness, and superior color. It is an acceptable, cost-effective additive. It is recommended for gasket, asphalt product, asbestos and wire and cables.

OPTIsheen C Muscovite Mica by Southeastern Performance Minerals is a filler. It is a ground muscovite mica with a platey shape, high aspect ratio, chemical inertness and superior color. It is an acceptable and cost-effective additive. OPTIsheen C Muscovite Mica is recommended for plastic, gasket, asbestos, asphalt, wire and cable applications.

N762 by Birla Carbon is a high-quality carbon black. It provides low surface area and structure grade applicable in applications requiring minimal hysteresis and reinforcement. N762 offers good processibility such as inner liners and numerous rubber goods. It is designed for class B/ building profiles, coolant-, fuel-, non-automotive hoses, timing-, drive belts, anti-vibration-high frequency, anti-vibration-non-automotive, O-rings/gaskets and masterbatch/compounding.
