CHARGUARD™ 2010 by Elementis is an organically modified special lamellar silicate used as a flame-retardant synergist. It improves the mechanical properties of thermoplastic materials.

• It does not contain intentionally added per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
• Enhances gas barrier and reduces heat release rate to achieve the synergistic effect of flame retardant.
• Its unique functional groups strengthen the inorganic structure, increases char formation efficiency, enhances the density & strength of carbon layer and inhibit dripping.
• It lowers aluminum hydroxide and magnesium dosage in polymers.
• It is suitable for halogen-free flame-retardant thermoplastic compounds such as ethylene-vinyl acetate co-polymer (EVA), low density polyethylene (LDPE), high impact styrene (HIPS), polypropylene (PP), polyamide (nylon 6) and polylactic acid (PLA).
• Recommended dosage level is 1%-5% as supplied based on total formulation weight.
• It is suitable for automotive, household, recycled and flame-retardant plastic applications.

Ionphase™ U5 by Cargill is a halogen-free, non-migrating, polymeric, permanent anti-static agent. It offers reduced charge decay time and improved non-charging properties. It is used to control static electricity in plastics. It does not depend on humidity and is a ready-to-use polymer additive that lowers surface resistivity.

• It is designed to be used with colorable and translucent polypropylene injection molding, compounding and extrusion applications.
• It is used in electronics packaging, household appliances and automotive parts.
• It forms an interpenetrated network within the host polymer reducing the resistivity of the blend.
• It is suitable for PLA and PBS applications.

PALMESTER 1451 by KLK OLEO is a fatty ester derived from renewable vegetable oils. It acts as a lubricant, viscosity modifier, plasticizer for polymer. It is a biodegradable grade. Used in internal & external automotive, transportation, appliances, electrical market, household products and consumer goods. PALMESTER 1451 is also suitable for packaging, pipe, hoses & fittings, wiring & cables, building and construction. It is KOSHER and HALAL certified.

PALMESTER 2083/2088 by KLK OLEO is a biodegradable, fatty ester derived from renewable vegetable oils. It acts as a lubricant, viscosity modifier, plasticizer for polymer. Used in internal & external automotive, transportation, appliances, electrical market, household products and consumer goods. Recommended for packaging, pipe, hoses & fittings, wiring & cables, building and construction. PALMESTER 2083/2088 is KOSHER and HALAL certified.

XAREC™ WA 212 by Idemitsu Kosan is a light weight syndiotactic polystyrene (SPS) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It offers good electrical, moldability and dielectric properties. It is suitable for processing by injection molding.

• It provides high strength, low specific gravity, dimensional stability, and low water absorption.
• It is used in automotive, industrial, home appliance, electronic, food and drinking water contact applications.
• It offers improved chemical-, heat-, hydrolysis- and hot water resistance.
