BTA-4005

BTA-4005 by Nanjing Baitong New Material is an aryl phosphate salt nucleating agent. It enhances crystallization rate and material properties, form uniform spherical crystal structures and reduces production costs. It offers excellent mechanical strength and reduces product warpage.

• It improves surface gloss, rigidity, tensile strength, heat deflection temperature (HDT) and heat resistance.
• It is used to improve the crystallization behavior of polypropylene (homopolymerized PP, copolymerized PP).
• It is suitable for processing by injection molding, extrusion and blow molding.
• It has application in automotive industry (e.g. instrument panels, bumpers), packaging materials (e.g. transparent containers, food packaing), home appliances and electronics (e.g. housings, connectors) and fiber products (e.g., carpets, nonwovens).
• The recommended dosage level is 0.05-0.15 phr.
