BTWR-100

BTWR-100 by Nanjing Baitong New Material is an anti-hydrolysis agent mainly used for polyester polymer materials. Its carbodiimide group offers high reactivity. It is designed to inhibit hydrolysis degradation, extend material service life, maintain strength in high temperature and high humidity environments. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It helps in improving the reprocessing performance of recycled materials. </li> <li>It is widely used in polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polybutanol terephthalate (PBT), polyamide (PA) and other shrinkage engineering plastics polylactic acid (PLA), polyhexic acid/butyl terephthalate (PBAT), polymethyl ethyl carbonate (PPC) and polyhydroxyfatty acid esters (PHAs). </li> <li>BTWR-100 is also used in biological and biodegradable plastics as well as polyester polyurethane (PU) elastomers. </li> <li>The recommended dosage level is 0.2-1.0 phr. </li></ul>

BT-461

BT-461 by Nanjing Baitong New Material acts as a compatibilizer. It improves the interfacial affinity between polyolefin substrate and metal powder, glass fiber, wood powder, mineral powder, starch and other inorganic materials. It enhances the strength of composites, and it is often used for polyolefin materials. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is suitable for low smoke and halogen free flame retardant cable material. </li> <li>It is used as surface improvement agent for extruded sheet/board and of masterbatch with PE as the carrier, such as color masterbatch, flame retardant masterbatch, functional masterbatch and so on. </li> <li>It works as modifier of anti-fog film to extend the anti-fog period. </li> <li>Recommended dosage of BT-461 is 2-5 phr. </li></ul>

BT-468

BT-468 by Nanjing Baitong New Material is a maleic anhydride graft compatibilizer. It reduces the phase separation of the blending system and improves the bonding of the interface. It improves weather resistance, tear resistance, mechanical strength, impact toughness, balances rigidity and flexibility. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Its degradation rate is slowed or accelerated by uniform phase structure. </li> <li>It enhances heat resistance and impact resistance. </li> <li>It reduces melt viscosity and improves molding efficiency. </li> <li>It is used to improve the compatibility of the biodegradable plastic blend system and is suitable for PLA (polylactic acid), PBAT (polybutylene terephthalate/butylene terephthalate), PBS (polybutylene terephthalate), PHA (polyhydroxyalkanoates), and PLA/PBAT, PLA/starch, PBAT/PBS, PLA/PHA, etc. </li> <li>It is suitable for processing by melt blending (extrusion, injection molding), solution casting, film blowing and molding. </li> <li>BT-468 is used in food packaging film, biodegradable plastic bags, agricultural mulch film, seedling tray, tableware, straws etc. </li> <li>The recommended dosage level is 1-3 phr. </li></ul>
