BRUGGOLEN® TP-H2062 by Brüggemann is a halogen & metal-free, heat stabilizer. It leads to retention of the mechanical performance. This additive offers no corrosion or electro corrosion and contains no ionic components, ions & halogenides. It provides excellent dispersion, easy handling and accurate dosing. It is used for the stabilization of polyamides against thermal aging in unfilled and glass-reinforced polyamides. The addition to the polymer melt is best done by compounding on twin screw extrusion machines. Recommended for electrical and electronics (E&E) applications (CTI 600V) at elevated temperatures. The level of addition of BRUGGOLEN® TP-H2062 is 4.0-6.0%, depending on the desired properties of the finished parts. The shelf life of this product is 12 months.

Clearstrength® C-223

Clearstrength® C-223 by Arkema is a methylmethacrylate-butadiene-styrene (MBS) core-shell impact modifier. It is designed to meet the most demanding impact performances in injection molding, extrusion and calendering opaque applications. It provides good impact to polycarbonate, polyesters, and various polycarbonate blends especially PC/ABS.
- Due to its high rubber content, it offers high impact efficiency at room and low temperature, allowing dosage optimization and cost saving in formulation.
- It is easily dispersed in vinyl formulations assuring more consistent impact resistance and other physical properties.
- It can withstand severe processing conditions with minimal effect on heat stability and mechanical properties.
- Recommended for use in high quality technical films, edge-bands, CPVC pipes, fittings, furniture films and indoor profiles.
- It is also suitable for automotive applications, electrical and electronic components, household appliances and all PC & alloys parts where ease of processing, good low temperature impact and good balance of physical properties are important.
- Clearstrength® C-223 is used in formulations for food contact or drinking water conduction.
- Recommended dosage level is 2 to 20%.

Offers good impact resistance even at low temperature, low temperature toughness, ease of processing, good thermal stability, and good balance of physical properties such as dispersion. Compatible with polycarbonate, polyesters and a variety of polycarbonate blends particularly PC/ABS. Clearstrength® E-922 is recommended for use in automotive applications, and electrical & electronic components. It permits low-temperature impact retention of low-viscosity resins while minimizing its influence on other physical and mechanical properties. It is designed for use with conventional compounding techniques. Recommended loading levels range from 5 to 15%.

BRUGGOLEN® H3376 can be processed using dry blending, injection molding and extrusion. It can be used in electrical and electronics application. Recommended dosage is 0.2-0.6%. It has a shelf life of 12 months.

BRUGGOLEN® TP-H1607 by Brüggemann is a copper iodide-based heat stabilizer for polyamides. This antioxidant blend exhibits extended stabilization of the mechanical properties over a broad temperature range upto 180°C. It shows excellent dispersion, easy handling and accurate dosing. It is superior to phenolic/phosphite based blends also at low to medium temperature range. It contains low copper and halogen content. BRUGGOLEN® TP-H1607 is suitable for compounding on twin screw extrusion machines. Used in electrical & electronics applications such as switch housings and sensors. Recommended dosage level is 0.5-1.5% depending on the desired properties of the finished part. The shelf life is 12 months under (closed, dry, 25°C) conditions.
