Ionphase™ U1 by Cargill is a halogen-free, non-migrating, permanent anti-static agent. It does not depend on humidity and is ready-to-use polymer additive that lowers surface resistivity. It offers control & safety for static electricity caused issues, improved non-charging properties, and reduced charge decay time.

• It is used to control static electricity in plastics.
• It is suitable for compounding, injection molding and extrusion applications with PC blends.
• It forms an interpenetrated network within the host polymer reducing the resistivity of the blend.
• It is used in electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for covers & housings in electronics as well as dust prevention in automotive interior parts & consumer appliances.

Ionphase™ fSTAT2 by Cargill is a permanent and non-migrating polymeric anti-static agent. It is designed for general extrusion applications with high melt flow polyolefins (PP, LDPE, LLDPE and mLLDPE) and injection molding of SEBS. Used in stretch films and shoe soles. It is a cost-effective solution in multilayer designs and can be used in high temperature processes.

• It is color stable at high processing temperatures.
• It offers good film transparency and improved sealing strength compared to other permanent solutions.
• It is humidity independent and provides effective performance, even in thin surface layers.
• It exhibits low surface resistivity, improved non-charging properties & reduced charge decay time.

Bleumina® 361 distributed by DKSH is a medium/high color black (MCF/HCF) that offers excellent aesthetics in the final product along with high durability. It exhibits good UV protection, high jetness, gloss with very low particle size and a balance of structure.

• It is designed to be highly dispersible and provides excellent color, maintaining mechanical properties.
• It is recommended for application in engineering plastics like ABS, SAN, POM, nylon, PBT, PC and PET.
• Bleumina® 361 is used in automobile interiors & exteriors, consumer electronics, and home appliances.
• It is available in Indonesia.

Ionphase™ eSTAT2 by Cargill is a permanent, non-migrating, polymeric anti-static agent. It offers low surface resistivity, easy processing, improved non-charging properties and reduced charge decay time. It is designed for extrusion applications with styrenics including HIPS & GPPS.

• It is not humidity dependent and is cost-effective solution in multilayer designs.
• It is used to control static electricity in plastics.
• It works by forming an interpenetrated network within the host polymer reducing the resistivity of the blend.
• It is used in sheets & trays for electronic industry.

Ionphase™ fSTAT2 HF by Cargill is a halogen-free, permanent & non-migrating anti-static agent. It is used in general extrusion and injection molding applications with high melt flow polyolefins. It lowers the surface resistivity, improves non-charging properties and reduces charge decay time. It is recommended for stretch films and articles molded from SEBS compounds. Ionphase™ fSTAT2 HF is designed for film production and electronic packaging. It is recyclable, humidity-independent, ready to use and is compatible with host polymer. It has a shelf life of 730 days.

BRUGGOLEN® TP-H2217 by Brüggemann is a halogen- and metal-free, heat stabilizer. It is used for the stabilization of aliphatic polyamides against thermal aging in unfilled and glass-reinforced polyamides. This additive offers no corrosion or electro corrosion, excellent dispersion, easy handling and accurate dosing. It displays long retention of mechanical performance of HF-FR polyamides. The addition to the polymer melt is best done by compounding on twin screw extrusion machines. It is especially suited for E&E applications at elevated temperatures (CTI 600V). The level of addition of BRUGGOLEN® TP-H2217 is 3.0-6.0%, depending on the desired properties of the finished parts. The shelf life of this product is 12 months.

avanSTATIC -TPU MB distributed by DKSH is a powerful permanent, ready to use anti-static materbatch. Based on the use of functionalized silicon dioxide with ionic conductors, it is specially designed to generate not only antistatic systems but also ESD in TPU. Flexibility to get with one single product a range of conductivity between 10⁷ to 10⁹ ohm.

• It is used in polyester-based and colorable & translucent products.
• avanSTATIC -TPU MB is used in applications like shoes, soling, flooring, wheels, technical pieces, electronic parts, among others.
• It is suitable for extrusion and injection molding.
• Recommended dosage level is 2-15%.
• It has a shelf life of 2 years.
• It is available in Asia Pacific markets and North America.

Clearstrength® C-223 by Arkema is a methylmethacrylate-butadiene-styrene (MBS) core-shell impact modifier. It is designed to meet the most demanding impact performances in injection molding, extrusion and calendering opaque applications. It provides good impact to polycarbonate, polyesters, and various polycarbonate blends especially PC/ABS.

• Due to its high rubber content, it offers high impact efficiency at room and low temperature, allowing dosage optimization and cost saving in formulation.
• It is easily dispersed in vinyl formulations assuring more consistent impact resistance and other physical properties.
• It can withstand severe processing conditions with minimal effect on heat stability and mechanical properties.
• Recommended for use in high quality technical films, edge-bands, CPVC pipes, fittings, furniture films and indoor profiles.
• It is also suitable for automotive applications, electrical and electronic components, household appliances and all PC & alloys parts where ease of processing, good low temperature impact and good balance of physical properties are important.
• Clearstrength® C-223 is used in formulations for food contact or drinking water conduction.
• Recommended dosage level is 2 to 20%.
