AUSINYL M-DN by Greenchemicals acts as a nucleating and mold release agent. When compounded into polyamides, it dramatically affects the crystallization rate. It has short cycle times, good mold filling, good flow of the melted PA and enhanced dimensional stability of injected or extruded articles.
- Its physical form permits a very easy addition, the dosage of a sole product, a lower possibility of mistakes and to obtain granules not greasy, not dusty, free flowing and transportable by pneumatic systems.
- Recommended usage level of AUSINYL M-DN is 0.50% in polyamide 6.6 and 1% in polyamide 6.
