Finalux ASR

Finalux ASR by Fine Organics is an anti-scratching additive for styrenics and polyamides. It offers impressive melt flow improvement through lubricating action in polymers such as ABS/SAN, and overall effective flow properties at high-processing temperatures. It effectively minimizes scratch width and scratch visibility resulting in excellent anti-scratching performance.

• It forms a uniform additive layer on the polymer surface after migration which helps to reduce the coefficient of friction.
• Offers superior surface finish and effective slip properties which helps to achieve desired release properties/denesting in films and sheets (thermoforming) respectively.
• It is suitable for 3D printing, specialty molding and injection molding applications.
• It is used in toys, electronics and home appliances.
• Recommended dosage level is 0.5-1.5% on total weight of compound.
