Finastat 9500

Finastat 9500 by Fine Organics is a nitrogen free oleochemical derivative. Acts as antistatic agent. Ensures the uniform cell structure stabilization. Offers balanced lubricating properties and reduced cycle time. Exhibits very good synergistic effect.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Ensures rapid mold filling.</li> <li>Provides very good thermal stability.</li>> <li>Possesses no yellowing/discoloration properties.</li> <li>Finastat 9500 can be used in PE/PP films, PE/PP foams, EVA footwear/sheet compounds, SAN, EPS, PVC, PET.</li></ul>

Finawax E

Finawax E by Fine Organics acts as an excellent slip agent and a good anti-blocking agent for polyolefins. It is a refined vegetable oil-based erucamide. When mixed with a polymer, it reduces friction between the polymer & processing equipment and also between the polymer-polymer inter-faces.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Finawax E is recommended for both LDPE & LLDPE as well as PP film grade applications.</li> <li>It allows higher processing temperatures.</li>Complies with EU Directive 2002/72/EC, REACH and FDA.</li> <li>The recommended use level for polyethylene is 0.05-0.3% and for polypropylene is 0.05-0.3%.</li> <li>It has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul>

Plastaid T

Plastaid T by Fine Organics is a multifunctional processing aid. Also acts as a coupling agent between base polymer and filler materials. Exhibits higher impact properties in talc filled PP compounds.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Offers reduced and more uniform mold shrinkage.</li> <li>Provides easier mold release in most systems and better surface appearance.</li> <li>Possesses more homogenous dispersions of TPO blends and highly filled systems.</li> <li>Plastaid T has lower viscosity and improved flow at processing temperatures.</li> <li>Used in filled PP/PE compounds based on talc, calcium carbonate, glass fibre etc, PE based color masterbatches, flame retarded compounds, highly filled TPE and TPO compounds, rubber modified polymer systems/elastomers, thermosetting molding powder, like PF molding powder and SMC / BMC compounds.</li> <li>Recommended usage level is 0.5-1.5% on total compound weight.</li></ul>
