Finastat 9500 by Fine Organics is a nitrogen free oleochemical derivative. Acts as antistatic agent. Ensures the uniform cell structure stabilization. Offers balanced lubricating properties and reduced cycle time. Finawax E

Finawax E by Fine Organics acts as an excellent slip agent and a good anti-blocking agent for polyolefins. It is a refined vegetable oil-based erucamide. When mixed with a polymer, it reduces friction between the polymer & processing equipment and also between the polymer-polymer inter-faces.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Finawax E is recommended for both LDPE & LLDPE as well as PP film grade applications.</li> <li>It allows higher processing temperatures.</li>Complies with EU Directive 2002/72/EC, REACH and FDA.</li> <li>The recommended use level for polyethylene is 0.05-0.3% and for polypropylene is 0.05-0.3%.</li> <li>It has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul>

Finalux G 748

Finalux G 748 by Fine Organics is a thermostable processing aid and mold release agent in engineering thermoplastics. It acts as an external lubricant in rigid PVC compounds and many other polymer systems in both extrusion and molding processes. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Exhibits improved flow and outstanding thermal stability. </li> <li>When impregnated into expandable polystyrene beads, it significantly reduces cooling time of molded parts. </li> <li>Finalux G 748 is suitable for the injection molding of polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), polyacetal, polyamide (PA), thermoplastic polyesters (PET/PBT), polycarbonate (PC), thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). </li> <li>It can be used as an anti-block additive for biaxially-oriented polyester films, improving further abrasion resistance. </li> <li>The recommended dosage level is 0.2-1.0% of the polymer or compound.</li></ul>
