MULTIBASE™ HMB-1103 Masterbatch by DuPont is tribology modifier for PA, POM-C & POM-H/plastics applications with ease of processability. It offers 50% COF improvement (against POM and steel), stable long-term COF reduction against several materials such as POM or steel and mechanical performance improvement. MULTIBASE™ HMB-1103 Masterbatch is efficient at low loading and provides visual and aesthetic contribution and abrasion & mar resistance improvement.

• It also shows no slip-stick development and injectability & processability improvement.
• It is suitable for low and high speed applications.
• It is designed for bearings, gears and conveyor belts, window lifting systems and steering column sensors, housings and roller shutter systems, kitchen and household appliances and sports equipment.
• The recommended addition level is between 1.5 and 3.5 wt%.
• The shelf life of this product is 48 months.
