Acryperl® 100

Acryperl® 100 by Arkema acts as a matting agent for polymers like PVC, ABS and other thermoplastics. Available in very fine, small sized beads(20-30µm), which allows very good dispersion into polymer melts during processing. ACRYPERL® 100 particles which are close to the surface of the material provide a very regular roughness, which scatters the light and imparts a homogeneous matt visual appearance. Offers persistant matting effect, good efficiency, anti-blocking property, and mechanical properties like impact strength, modulus. Suitable for injection molding and extrusion applications. Acryperl® 100 is used for furniture, blown films, bottles, shoe soles, boots, automotive parts, flooring, wallpapers, covers,credit cards, electrical appliances.
