ZEONEX® K26R by Zeon Chemical is a water insoluble, odorless, colorless cyclic olefin polymer (COP) grade. Exhibits high flow, excellent optical properties, low birefringence, excellent mold processability and low water absorption. Possesses high transparency, high ABBE number, ultra-low moisture absorption, very low haze and good precision moldability. Can be processed by injection molding. ZEONEX® K26R is recommended for optical mirrors & lenses for automotive heads-up displays (HUD), driver assist cameras, mobile device camera lenses, near-eye display, wearable optics and f-theta lenses. ZEONEX® F52R by Zeon Chemical is a water insoluble, odorless, colorless cyclic olefin polymer (COP) grade. Exhibits high glass transition temperature, low absolute thermo-optic coefficient (dn/dT), low birefringence and low water absorption. Possesses excellent optical properties, high transparency, high ABBE number, ultra-low moisture absorption and good precision moldability. Provides excellent optical stability after heat and humidity exposure. Can be processed by injection molding. ZEONEX® F52R is recommended for optical mirrors & lenses for automotive heads-up displays (HUD), driver assist cameras, mobile device camera lenses, near-eye display, wearable optics and f-theta lenses. ZEONEX® 5000 by Zeon Chemical is a water insoluble, odorless, colorless cyclic olefin polymer (COP) grade. It possesses glass-like transparency, low protein absorption and precision moldability. It exhibits high clarity, low haze, low water absorption, break and chemical resistance. This grade provides high purity/low offgassing and excellent moisture barrier. It shows sterilization compatibility with gamma, peroxide and ethylene oxide gas (EOG). ZEONEX® 5000 is processed by injection blow molding and film extrusion. It is used in pre-filled syringes, vials, bottles and other drug delivery devices for prefilled drug storage. Other applications include packaging of parenteral and lyophilized biopharmaceuticals, high-viscosity drugs, hyaluronic acid as well as contrast media.
