Nipol® DN302H by Zeon Chemical is a general-purpose nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) grade with low acrylonitrile rubber content. Offers good oil resistance, high mooney viscosity and low temperature resistance. Nipol® DN302H is recommended for hoses, packings, gaskets, oil seals, diaphragms, rolls, industrial parts, parts for aircraft, automobiles and railways applications. Nipol® 1312 by Zeon Chemical is a low molecular weight nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) grade. It is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile with medium oil resistance in liquid form. Suitable for non-extractive plasticizers, processing aids, and speciality plasticizer for sponge applications. Nipol® 1312 is also used as the modifier for the plastics. Nipol® NX775 by Zeon Chemical is a cold polymerized, butadiene-acrylonitrile-carboxylic acid terpolymer. This scorch resistant grade offers excellent processing characteristics. It is used in high-performance injection molding, rolls, calendared belting and extruded hose. The shelf life of Nipol® NX775 is 2 years. Nipol® NS460 by Zeon Chemical is a solution polymerization-type, oil extended elastomer. It shows excellent balance between wet grip and low fuel consumption performance. Nipol® DN202 by Zeon Chemical is a general purpose, intermediate-viscosity, nitrile rubber. It displays easy processing properties. It is suitable for industrial and automotive hose & seals and printing rolls. The shelf life of this product is 3 years. Nipol® NS616 by Zeon Chemical is a solution polymerization-type elastomer. It displays well balance between wet skid resistance and resilience. It shows best performance for silica application. Nipol® NS522 by Zeon Chemical is a solution polymerization-type, oil extended rubber grade. It displays excellent balance between wet grip and low fuel consumption performance. Nipol® BR1250H by Zeon Chemical is a low-cis type, polybutadiene elastomer. Nipol® DN401L by Zeon Chemical is a high viscosity copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. The extremely low acrylonitrile content is designed for the maximum in low temperature performance. It offers very good low temperature flexibility and good processing properties. The shelf life of Nipol® DN401L is 2 years. Nipol® NS116R by Zeon Chemical is a solution polymerization-type elastomer. It displays well-balanced reaction between wet skid and rolling resistance. It is good for tires and vibration insulators.
