Zetpol® 2020 by Zeon Chemical is a hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) grade containing middle high nitrile rubber content. Provides low heat resistance and excellent dynamic properties. Zetpol® 2020 is recommended for seals, rolls, belts and oil field component applications. Suitable for sulphur and peroxide curing. It is FDA compliant. Zetpol® 2510 by Zeon Chemical is hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) grade. Offers excellent heat resistance, excellent compression set resistance, low heat build up and excellent abrasion resistance. It exhibits stable physical properties at elevated temperatures. Zetpol® 2510 is recommended for O-ring, seals, gaskets, dynamic applications. Suitable for di-amine curing. Zetpol® 3310 by Zeon Chemical is hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) grade. Offers improved low temperature resistance at -34°C, good oil resistance and improved high temperature capabilities. It offers increase in mechanical properties after aging, and volume swell reduction. Zetpol® 3310 is suitable for peroxide curing. Zetpol® 1020 by Zeon Chemical is a highly saturated copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. It offers excellent fuel and solvent resistance. It exhibits high tensile strength, good heat resistance and good chemical resistance to aggressive fluids. It can be an economical option if the application has lower heat resistance requirements and where a sulfur cure is preferred. It is recommended for fuel hoses, diaphragms, in-tank insulators, refrigerant hoses, gaskets and O-rings. Zetpol® 1020 is FDA-compliant. The shelf life of this grade is 3 years. Zetpol® 2001 by Zeon Chemical is a 40% ACN, highly saturated copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. It displays high tensile strength, excellent heat resistance and good chemical resistance to aggressive fluids. This grade offers good balance of low temperature, high oil resistance, and mechanical properties. It is ideal for PIP intake seals, belt in oil, and oil field applications such as packers, stators, and blow out preventers. It is FDA-compliant. The shelf life of Zetpol® 2001 is 3 years. Zetpol® 2230LX by Zeon Chemical is a hydrogenated carboxylated acrylonitrile/butadiene copolymer latex. It is medium-highly saturated with medium-high acrylonitrile content. It is ideal for use in RFL textile treatments for improving adhesion in belting applications. The shelf life of this product is 3 years. Zetpol® 2000 by Zeon Chemical is a highly saturated copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. It displays high tensile strength, excellent heat resistance and good chemical resistance to aggressive fluids. It is used in automotive and industrial seals where glycol, water, and oil are present. It is also ideal for oil and gas applications where H<sub>2</sub>S resistance is a concern. Zetpol® 2000 is FDA-compliant. The shelf life of this grade is 3 years. Zetpol® 4300 by Zeon Chemical is a fully saturated terpolymer of butadiene, acrylonitrile, and a proprietary third monomer. It exhibits good tensile strength, excellent heat resistance and excellent low-temperature flexibility. It is ideal for seals, O-rings, timing belts, and CVJ Boots requiring both low and high temperature. The shelf life of Zetpol® 4300 is 3 years. Zetpol® 2001L by Zeon Chemical is a highly saturated copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. It exhibits high tensile strength, excellent heat resistance and good chemical resistance to aggressive fluids. It is FDA-compliant. The shelf life of Zetpol® 2001L is 3 years. Zetpol® 2030L by Zeon Chemical is a lower-mooney version of a highly saturated copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. It exhibits high tensile strength, good heat resistance and good chemical resistance to aggressive fluids. It can be an economical option if the application has lower heat resistance requirements. It is ideal for sulfur cured timing belts or other applications in extension or flex where a sulfur cure is preferred. Zetpol® 2030L is FDA compliant. The shelf life of this product is 3 years.
