HyTemp® AR212XP by Zeon Chemical is a polyacrylate rubber grade. It consists of one or more acrylic esters with a small percentage of proprietary cure site. Provides fast rate of extrusion, excellent dynamic properties, tear resistance and insolubility in water. Offers excellent oil, heat and compression set resistance. HyTemp® AR212XP is used in adhesives, binders for propellants, flexible magnets and automotive seals, gaskets & hoses. HyTemp® AR212HR by Zeon Chemical is a polyacrylate rubber grade. It consists of one or more acrylic esters with a small percentage of proprietary cure site. Provides good low-temperature performance, enhanced processing, long-term aging characteristic and enhanced scorch behavior. Offers excellent oil, diesel fuel, heat and compression set resistance. Shows insolubility in water. HyTemp® AR212HR is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. Used in high-temperature TDI hoses and air ducts. HyTemp® 4053EP by Zeon Chemical is polyacrylate rubber grade. It consists of one or more acrylic esters with a small percentage of chlorine/carboxyl dual cure site monomer. Provides good low-temperature performance and good physical properties. It offers excellent oil-, heat- & compression set resistance and shows insolubility in water. HyTemp® 4053EP is used in adhesives, binders for propellants, flexible magnets and automotive seals, gaskets & hoses. HyTemp® AR72LF by Zeon Chemical is a polyacrylate elastomer with easy processing properties. It consists of one or more acrylic esters with a small percentage of a chlorine cure site monomer. The vulcanizates have excellent oil, heat, and compression set resistance with good low-temperature performance. The shelf life of this product is 2 years. HyTemp® 4054 by Zeon Chemical is a polyacrylate rubber. The vulcanizates have excellent heat and compression set resistance with excellent low-temperature performance. It consists of one or more acrylic esters with a small percentage of a chlorine/carboxyl cure site monomer. It displays moderate oil resistance with -40°C low-temperature service. HyTemp® AR715 by Zeon Chemical is a polyacrylate elastomer. It consists of one or more acrylic esters with a small percentage of a chlorine cure site monomer. The vulcanizates have excellent oil, heat, and compression set resistance with good low-temperature performance. The shelf life of this product is 2 years. HyTemp® 4052EP by Zeon Chemical is a polyacrylate rubber. It consists of one or more acrylic esters with a small percentage of a chlorine/carboxyl cure site monomer. The vulcanizates have excellent oil, heat, and compression set resistance with good low temperature performance. HyTemp® 4051CG by Zeon Chemical is a polyacrylate elastomer. It consists of one or more acrylic esters with a small percentage of a chlorine/carboxyl cure site monomer. The vulcanizates have excellent oil, heat and compression set resistance. HyTemp® AR12B by Zeon Chemical is a high performance polyacrylate elastomer. The vulcanizates have excellent oil, heat and compression set resistance. It consists of one or more acrylic esters with a small percentage of a proprietary cure site. HyTemp® 4051EP by Zeon Chemical is a polyacrylate elastomer with fast cure rate. It consists of one or more acrylic esters with a small percentage of a chlorine/carboxyl cure site monomer. The vulcanizates have excellent oil, heat and compression set resistance. It offers low compression set.
