Acetron® GP POM-C by Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is a versatile, porosity-free, general-purpose, polyacetal, polyoxymethylene [POM] copolymer grade. It exhibits low moisture absorption and low coefficient of friction & good wear properties especially in wet environments. It provides high strength & stiffness coupled with high dimensional stability and excellent machinability capabilities. It offers resistance to wide range of chemicals including many solvents. It is suitable for processing by extrusion (bushing stock). Acetron® GP POM-C can be used in used in electrical components, scraper blades, gears and rollers. It complies with FDA, USDA, NSF, Canada AG and 3A-Dairy.
