AVALON® 65 AB by Huntsman is a recyclable, antistatic, polyester based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade free from phthalate and halogen. Shows superior bonding to polyurethane (PU), flex performance and easy processing with consistent quality. Exhibits outstanding abrasion-, excellent slip- and oil resistance. Provides high elasticity, resilience to oils, greases and numerous solvents, good flexibility over a wide temperature range, easy reliable bonding and colorability. Possesses matt/ shiny appearance and excellent surface definition. Offers good low temperature performance and durability. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. AVALON® 65 AB by Huntsman is used in footwear applications like outsoles, inlay soles, slippers, unit-soles, top-pieces, kippers, TPU/PU and components. It is a RoHS and REACH compliant grade. AVALON® 650 B by Huntsman is an expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. Exhibits improved performance in hydrolysis resistance. Possesses high quality, durability, aesthetics, excellent surface definition, matt or glossy effects. Offers colorability, reliable bonding, and scratch-, abrasion- and UV resistance. Possesses cold flex performance and transparency effects. It shows a rubber-like look and feel. It can be stabilized against premature yellowing and discoloration. Suitable for processing by injection molding. AVALON® 650 B is used in soft, flexible and tactile midsoles, outsoles and casual shoe applications. AVALON® 80 AB by Huntsman is a halogen-, phthalate free and recyclable polyester based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. Provides easy multilayer bonding, high transparency, good flexibility over a wide temperature range, perfect color match, fast cycle times and easy processing with consistent quality. Exhibits high abrasion-, hydrolysis-, improved slip-, scratch-, UV- and flex resistance, even at low temperatures. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. AVALON® 80 AB is used in footwear applications like outsoles, slippers, unit-soles, top-pieces and kippers, sport and outdoor applications like sports plates, studs and cleats, eyelets, shanks, decorative parts, air bags, stabilizer and components. It is a RoHS and REACH compliant grade. AVALON® 6053 AG by Huntsman is a high-performing thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade with slip and excellent abrasion resistance. It helps in creating super thin outsoles that are up to 50% thinner and lighter. It offers exceptional grip, durability and excellent dryness.<br>

Exhibits outstanding abrasion-, scratch-, hydrolysis-, robust weather- and high energy resistance, even at low temperatures. Shows transparency, perfect color match, excellent multilayer bonding, recyclability, colorability, high elasticity, resilience to oils, greases and numerous solvents, good flexibility over a wide temperature range and pleasant tactile properties. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. AVALON® 85 AB is used in sport and outdoor applications like sports plates, studs and cleats, eyelets, shanks, decorative parts, air bags, stabilizer and components. It is a RoHS and REACH compliant grade. AVALON® 90 ABR by Huntsman TPU is a polyester based hermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade with high abrasion resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. AVALON® 90 ABR is designed for applications which require the lowest possible abrasion loss such as escalator wheels and the soling of sports footwear. It is RoHS and REACH compliant grade. AVALON® 80 AHT DP by Huntsman TPU is a colorless and UV resistant, thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. Offers high transparency- even where parts need to be thick. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. AVALON® 80 AHT DP is recommended for consumer applications such as footwear soling and protective covers for mobile phones and tablets. It is a RoHS and REACH compliant grade.
