AVALON® 65 AB by Huntsman is a recyclable, antistatic, polyester based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade free from phthalate and halogen. Shows superior bonding to polyurethane (PU), flex performance and easy processing with consistent quality. Exhibits outstanding abrasion-, excellent slip- and oil resistance. Provides high elasticity, resilience to oils, greases and numerous solvents, good flexibility over a wide temperature range, easy reliable bonding and colorability. Possesses matt/ shiny appearance and excellent surface definition. Offers good low temperature performance and durability. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. AVALON® 65 AB by Huntsman is used in footwear applications like outsoles, inlay soles, slippers, unit-soles, top-pieces, kippers, TPU/PU and components. It is a RoHS and REACH compliant grade.
