Bio-Flex® F 1804 by FKuR is a biodegradable polylactide (polylactic acid, PLA) blend. It exhibits tear resistance, balanced mechanical properties and high clarity. It contains 43% biobased carbon content (BCC). It is processed by blown film extrusion method. It is suitable for production of films for fruit, vegetable, carrier & T-shirt bags and packaging goods. It is certified as home compostable according to EN 13432 (at ambient temperature) with a maximum thickness of 12 µm. Bio-Flex® F 1804 is approved for direct food contact. Bio-Flex® F 1130 by FKuR is a biodegradable polymer-blend based on polylactic acid (PLA). It is derived from natural resource material but does not contain any starch or starch derivatives. It contains a copolyester and additives. It possesses high breathability and wide processing window. The PLA used for the production of Bio-Flex® is supplied by NatureWorks. It is processable on standard extrusion machinery with a high throughput. It can be easily colored with masterbatches based on PLA. It is printable without corona treatment. Bio-Flex® F 1130 is used for film extrusion. Bio-Flex® N 25370 by FKuR is a soil-degradable polymer-blend based on polylactic acid (PLA). It has high density and flexibility. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and profile extrusion.<br>

It has a biobased carbon content (BCC) of approximately 30% (calculated). It is suitable for processing by injection molding and profile extrusion. It offers increased stiffness and strength. It is recommended for applications such as plant sticks, clips and flower pots. Bio-Flex® N 45261 has a shelf life of 6 months. Bio-Flex® F 1140 by FKuR is a biodegradable polymer-blend based on polylactic acid (PLA). It is an industrially compostable bioplastic that features a balanced ratio of mechanical properties in the longitudinal and transverse directions. <br>

Possesses high breathability and wide processing window. It is processable on standard extrusion machinery with a high throughput and is printable without corona treatment. Can easily be colored with masterbatches based on PLA. Bio-Flex® F2131 is a stiffer version of Bio-Flex® F1130 with nearly the same touch but with a tendency towards a "paper-like" feel. Used for mono and co-extrusion films. Suitable for waste bags. Bio-Flex® N 31310 by FKuR is a biodegradable polymer based on polylactic acid (PLA). It provides higher toughness, puncture and tear resistance. It is recommended for agriculture application such as mulching film and labels. <br>

Due to its mechanically balanced property profile, it is a suitable alternative to Bio-Flex® F 1140 when biodegradability in soil is required rather than in industrial composting systems. <br>

Bio-Flex® S 6540 by FKuR is a biodegradable polymer-blend based on polylactic acid (PLA) used for injection molding. It contains a copolyester and additives. It is derived from natural resource material but does not contain any starch or starch derivatives. The PLA used for the production of Bio-Flex® is supplied by NatureWorks. It possesses high breathability and wide processing window. Bio-Flex® S 6540 can be easily colored with masterbatches based on PLA.
