Bio-Flex® F 1140 by FKuR is a biodegradable polymer-blend based on polylactic acid (PLA). It is an industrially compostable bioplastic that features a balanced ratio of mechanical properties in the longitudinal and transverse directions.
  • Its attractive price-performance ratio rounds off the profile of this bioplastic compound.
  • Bio-Flex® F 1140 is recommended for contact with food.
  • It is used in applications such as waste bags or T-Shirt bags.
  • It is suitable for processing by blown film extrusion.
