MULTIFLEX™ TES A4007 CU1 by DuPont is a recyclable thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. It is available as black colored or various colored pellets. Offers good acoustic properties, soft touch, excellent elastomeric memory, impact resistance at high & low temperature and excellent bondability to most technical polymers. MULTIFLEX™ TES A9008 EV0 by DuPont is a recyclable thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. Available as black colored pellets. Offers good aesthetics, very high fluidity, possible color & gloss harmonization between different parts and excellent UV resistance. Also offers good acoustic properties, soft touch, excellent elastomeric memory, impact resistance at high & low temperature and excellent bondability to most technical polymers. Is compatible with polypropylene (PP). Is suitable for processing by injection molding. MULTIFLEX™ TES A9008 EV0 is recommended for exterior automotive applications such as quarter window glass encapsulation, A-pillar trims, acoustic & dust barrier door seals, cowl vent grill seals and front bumper spoilers. MULTIFLEX™ TEA 6003 ACN2 848 Black by DuPont is a recyclable thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. It offers high fluidity, good aesthetics, good mar resistance and good scratch resistance.<br>

It contains anti-blocking additive for polyethylene (PE) film extrusion, anti-slip, processing aid, anti-fibrillation additive for polypropylene (PP) yarn extrusion and weaving, stiffening agent for polypropylene (PP) films and plaques. It is a halogen free, oxygen scavenger, breathable, heat weldable (corners), and heat stabilized grade. It possesses lower coefficient of friction, excellent mechanical properties at elevated temperature (>90°C), hydrocarbon-, chemical-, tear-, heat-, scratch-, mar- and fluid resistance, low taste, odor and extractables. It shows compatibility with different engineering plastics such as polycarbonate (PC), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA), acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA) and styrene acrylonitrile (SAN). long term adhesion stability, spinning, cycle up to 1600 rpm, improves mold filling, reduces cycle time, durability, good desiccant- and peel properties. Provides lower extruder torque, improved thermal insulation, impact protection, noise and vibration dampening, low and high temperature flexibility. MULTIFLEX™ TES A4005 BAS1 NAT by DuPont is a recyclable, general purpose styrene butadiene styrene (SBS) grade. It contains anti-blocking additive for polyethylene (PE) film extrusion, anti-slip, processing aid, anti-fibrillation additive for polypropylene (PP) yarn extrusion and weaving, stiffening agent for polypropylene (PP) films and plaques. It is a soft touch, easy to color, halogen free, oxygen scavenger, breathable, heat weldable (corners), and heat stabilized grade. It possesses lower coefficient of friction, excellent mechanical properties at elevated temperature (>90°C), hydrocarbon-, chemical-, tear-, heat-, scratch-, mar- and fluid resistance, low taste, odor and extractables. It shows low service temperature of -50°C, compatibility with polyolefins, long term adhesion stability, spinning, cycle up to 1600 rpm, improves mold filling, reduces cycle time, durability, good desiccant- and peel properties. It is a soft, easy to color, oxygen scavenger, breathable, weldable and heat stabilized grade. Exhibits very high flow, low coefficient of friction, excellent mechanical properties, low taste, odor and extractables. Provides good hydrocarbon-, UV-, chemical-, tear-, heat-, scratch-, mar- and fluid resistance. It shows compatibility with polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE).
