Delrin® 51HSE by DuPont is a high molecular weight nucleated acetal homopolymer resin with high creep resistance and fatigue durability. It provides an ability to replace metal, cost effective and save weight while reducing noise. It is naturally resilient and self-lubricating. Designed for applications requiring reduced wear and friction against steel, itself or other plastics. Delrin® FG500TL NC010 provides high mechanical strength, excellent fatigue resistance, rigidity as well as resistance to moisture, gasoline, lubricants, solvents and many other neutral chemicals. Also gives excellent dimensional stability and good electrical insulating characteristics. Processed by injection molding. Delrin® 100TL NC010 by DuPont is a high-viscosity acetal homopolymer with 1.5% PTFE micropowder. It is naturally resilient and self-lubricating. It provides high mechanical strength, rigidity, excellent fatigue resistance, rigidity as well as resistance to moisture, gasoline, lubricants, solvents and many other neutral chemicals. Also gives excellent dimensional stability and good electrical insulating characteristics. Processed by injection molding, profile and sheet extrusion. Delrin® 100TL NC010 is suitable for automotive, domestic appliances, sports, industrial engineering, electronics and consumer goods industries. Delrin® 300TE NC010 by DuPont is a medium-high viscosity, toughened acetal homopolymer with very low VOC emissions. It is naturally resilient and self-lubricating. Provides excellent mechanical strength and rigidity, excellent fatigue- and impact resistance as well as resistance to moisture, gasoline, lubricants, solvents and many other neutral chemicals. Also offers excellent dimensional stability and good electrical insulating characteristics. Delrin® 300TE NC010 is processed by injection molding only. Recommended for automotive interiors, domestic appliances, sports, industrial engineering, electronics and consumer goods industries. Delrin® 300TE BK602 by DuPont is a medium-high viscosity, toughened acetal homopolymer with very low VOC emission. It is naturally resilient and self-lubricating. It has very good mechanical properties and improved processing productivity. Provides high rigidity, excellent fatigue- and impact resistance as well as resistance to moisture, gasoline, lubricants, solvents and many other neutral chemicals. Also offers excellent dimensional stability and good electrical insulating characteristics. Processed by injection molding only. Delrin® 300TE BK602 is recommended for automotive interiors, domestic appliances, sports, industrial engineering, electronics and consumer goods industries. Delrin® 100T NC010 by DuPont is a toughened, high-viscosity acetal homopolymer. It is naturally resilient and self-lubricating. Offers outstanding toughness with superior impact resistance. It provides excellent mechanical strength, rigidity, fatigue resistance as well as resistance to moisture, gasoline, lubricants, solvents and many other neutral chemicals. Also gives excellent dimensional stability and good electrical insulating characteristics. Processed by injection molding, blow molding, profile and sheet extrusion. Delrin® 100T NC010 is designed for highly stressed parts where outstanding toughness is essential. Recommended for automotive, domestic appliances, sports, industrial engineering, electronics and consumer goods industries. Delrin® 100ST NC010 by DuPont is super-toughened, high-viscosity acetal homopolymer. It is naturally resilient and self-lubricating. Offers outstanding toughness along with superior impact resistance. It provides excellent fatigue resistance, rigidity as well as resistance to moisture, gasoline, lubricants, solvents and many other neutral chemicals. Also, gives excellent dimensional stability and good electrical insulating characteristics. Delrin® 100ST NC010 is processed by injection molding, profile and sheet extrusion. Designed for highly stressed parts where outstanding toughness is essential. Recommended for automotive, domestic appliances, sports, industrial engineering, electronics and consumer goods industries. Delrin® 500PE BK602 by DuPont is a medium-viscosity acetal homopolymer. It is an enhanced version of Delrin® 500P with very low VOC emissions. It has good mechanical properties and improved processing. It is naturally resilient and self-lubricating. Provides high rigidity, excellent fatigue- and impact resistance as well as resistance to moisture, gasoline, lubricants, solvents and many other neutral chemicals. Delrin® 500PE BK602 offers excellent dimensional stability and good electrical insulating characteristics. Processed by injection molding only. Delrin® 500T BK602 by DuPont is a medium viscosity, lubricated polyoxymethylene (POM), polyacetal homopolymer grade available in the form of pellets.<br>
