MULTIFLEX™ TES A6010 GSA1

Supplied byDuPont- Last Updated on May 15, 2022

MULTIFLEX™ TES A6010 GSA1 by DuPont is a recyclable, general-purpose thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It contains anti-blocking additive for polyethylene (PE) film extrusion, anti-slip, processing aid, anti-fibrillation additive for polypropylene (PP) yarn extrusion and weaving, stiffening agent for polypropylene (PP) films and plaques. It is a soft touch grade which is easy to color, halogen-free, oxygen scavenger, breathable, heat weldable (corners) and heat stabilized. Exhibits UV resistance and very high flow. Possesses lower coefficient of friction, excellent mechanical properties at elevated temperature (>90°C), hydrocarbon-, chemical-, tear-, heat-, scratch-, mar- and fluid-resistance, low taste, odor and extractables. Shows compatibility with polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE), long term adhesion stability, spinning cycle up to 1600 rpm, improves mold filling, reduces cycle time, durability, good desiccant- and peel properties. Provides lower extruder torque, improved thermal insulation, impact protection, noise and vibration dampening, low and high temperature flexibility. Designed for injection molding method. Possible applications of MULTIFLEX™ TES A6010 GSA1 NAT are health, personal care, houseware, portable electronics, hand & power tools, sports and leisure. It can also be used for electrical protection, wire and cable, packaging, window seals & gaskets, fluid and product delivery. Complies with UL-94 V0 Flame Rating, KTW/A, W270 and W543 “LGA” and is food contact approved (FDA and 2002/72/EU).
