AFFINITY™ PL 1888Q Polyolefin Plastomer by Dow is a polyolefin plastomer (POP) resin. It is used for high-speed packaging applications that require a low seal initiation temperature and excellent machinability. It is designed to run fast and trouble-free on most extrusion equipment, including blown film dies.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers low consistent coefficient of friction (COF) of less than 0.2 for a ~1.0 mil sealant layer in a coextruded film. </li>
<li>It is suitable for use in monolayer films and as the sealant layer in multilayer films. </li>
<li>It is ideal for packaging of fresh-cut produce, meat, cheese, and other applications. </li>
<li>AFFINITY™ PL 1888Q Polyolefin Plastomer enables fast processing even on narrow die gaps. </li>
<li>It contains 3000 ppm antiblock and 1500 ppm slip additives to enhance performance. </li>
<li>It complies with U.S. FDA FCN 424, EU No 10/2011 and Canadian HPFB No Objection. </li></ul> AFFINITY™ RE 1950 Polyolefin Plastomer by Dow is a polyolefin plastomer. It is characterized by ultra-high clarity and low viscosity. It provides excellent thermal stability and low Tg, making it ideal for applications requiring excellent low-temperature properties. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is highly flexible, non-corrosive, and compatible with a wide range of polymers. </li>
<li>It features low crystallinity, which allows it to be heavily filled, and its low density results in better mileage. </li>
<li>Additionally, it offers excellent adhesion to diverse substrates when formulated.</li>
<li>It does not contain antiblock, slip and processing aid.</li>
<li>AFFINITY™ RE 1950 Polyolefin Plastomer is produced using INSITE™ technology and can be used in applications such as polymer modification (e.g., flow enhancement and property enhancement), masterbatch/additive carrier. </li>
