Ultrafuse® 316L

Ultrafuse® 316L by BASF 3D Printing Solutions is a metal-polymer composite filament for the production of metal components in 316L stainless steel. It enables manufacturing using conventional fused filament fabrication (FFF) machines, followed by an industry standardized debinding and sintering process. Used in some functional prototypes and components of aerospace, automobile and heavy-duty tooling. Possesses a non-slip surface allowing it to be applied in most Bowden or direct drive extruders. Exhibits high flexibility, so it can be fed through complex idler pulleys and multiple filament transportation systems in printers with no extra drying. Provides high strength, hardness and good corrosion resistance. Ultrafuse® 316L offers an attractive total cost of ownership, fast material exchange as well as easy and affordable metal 3D printing. It has a shelf life of 12 months.

Ultrafuse® TPU 64D

Ultrafuse® TPU 64D by BASF 3D Printing Solutions is thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) for fused filament fabrication (FFF) printing. Provides high impact resistance as well as good wear and tear resistance. Offers high rigidity, cost-efficiency, flexibility and good strength. It is easily printed on direct drive & bowden style printers and is compatible with soluble BVOH support. Shelf life of Ultrafuse® TPU 64D is 12 months.

Ultrafuse PET

Ultrafuse PET (Old Name: Innofil3D EPR InnoPET) by BASF 3D Printing Solutions is amorphous polyethylene terephthalate based filament for fused filament fabrication. It exhibits large operating window for printing (temperature vs. speed), so it can be used on every 3D-printer. It offers good printability, good layer adhesion and high resolution and it is easy to handle. It can be 100% recycled, is watertight & has great colors and finish. Ultrafuse PET has minimum shelf life of 12 months. The use of hot air dryer and vacuum oven is recommended.

Ultrafuse TPE 60D

Ultrafuse TPE 60D (Old Name: InnoFlex 60) by BASF 3D Printing Solutions is thermoplastic elastomer based filament for fused filament fabrication. It is made from Ecovio® and completely biodegradable plastic & suitable for 3D printing. It is designed for printing flexible parts like miniature tires, drive belts, bracelets and parts. Ultrafuse TPE 60D has minimum shelf life of 12 months. The use of hot air dryer and vacuum oven is recommended for drying.

Ultrafuse® 17-4 PH

It enables stainless steel parts for applications that require high hardness and mechanical strength. It is also referred to as Type 630 and is chromium-copper martensitic precipitation hardened stainless steel. Designed for tooling, jigs and fixtures, series production, functional parts and prototypes. Offers good corrosion resistance and wide range of post-processing options for green parts. It combines easy processability and very low moisture uptake with excellent strength and rigidity at an affordable cost. Exhibits higher mechanical & thermal loads, dimensional stability and excellent surface finish. Compatible with HIPS for breakaway support. Ultrafuse® PET CF15 is used in automotive, jigs and fixtures as well as applications for humid operating environments.
