Provides high impact resistance as well as good wear and tear resistance. Offers high rigidity, cost-efficiency, flexibility and good strength. It is easily printed on direct drive & bowden style printers and is compatible with soluble BVOH support. Shelf life of Ultrafuse® TPU 64D is 12 months. Ultrafuse® TPU 95A by BASF 3D Printing Solutions is thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) for fused filament fabrication (FFF) printing. Provides high
elongation, excellent layer adhesion, durability and flexibility. Exhibits high resistance to impact, abrasion, oils and chemicals. Suitable for wear and tear applications. Ultrafuse® TPU 95A offers cost efficiency and good processability. It has a shelf life of 12 months. Ultrafuse® PA by BASF 3D Printing Solutions is co-polyamide 6-66 grade of intermediate viscosity designed for fused filament fabrication (FFF). It is the translation of BASF´s Ultramid® to the 3D printing space. Offers good fatigue & wear resistance as well as good impact resistance at low temperatures. Exhibits high mechanical strength, low melting point and good lubricity. Recommended for most engineering sectors, different components and machine elements, such as high-grade electrical and insulation material. Used to print semi-flexible thin parts and has a lower melting temperature than PA6 and PA66. Ultrafuse® PA can be printed at a lower temperature. Ultrafuse® Z PCTG by BASF 3D Printing Solutions is the first ESD safe PCT filament for fused filament fabrication (FFF) printing. It is powered by Essentium*, developed specifically for the printing of handheld tools, various assembly & electronic fixtures, robotics, automation components, and parts for explosion proof environments. Exhibits increased impact strength and very smooth surface properties which helps to prevent latent failures in electronics. Ultrafuse® Z PCTG is an easy-to-print, machine & finish, non-marring, low cost grade, strong enough for lightly loaded fixtures. Ultrafuse® 17-4 PH by BASF 3D Printing Solutions is a filament for the production of metal components on standard fused filament fabrication (FFF) printers. It enables stainless steel parts for applications that require high hardness and mechanical strength. It is also referred to as Type 630 and is chromium-copper martensitic precipitation hardened stainless steel. Designed for tooling, jigs and fixtures, series production, functional parts and prototypes. Offers good corrosion resistance and wide range of post-processing options for green parts. Ideal for petrochemical, aerospace, automotive and medical industries. Parts printed with Ultrafuse® 17-4 PH obtain their final full metal properties by an industrially proven catalytic debinding and sintering process developed for the metal injection molding industry. Ultrafuse PLA (Old Name: Innofil3D PLA) by BASF 3D Printing Solutions is polylactic acid based filament for fused filament fabrication. It is most used material for 3D printing. It offers glossy feel and exhibits high maximum printing speed and sharp printed corners on cooling. Because of the low warping of the print makes it is suitable for home printers, hobbyists, prototyping and schools. Ultrafuse PLA has minimum shelf life of 12 months. The use of hot air dryer and vacuum oven is recommended for drying. Ultrafuse® ABS Fusion+ by BASF 3D Printing Solutions is an easy-to-print acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) for fused filament fabrication (FFF) printing. It is an engineering filament with highly improved dimensional stability. Offers direct printing on heated glass or print bed surfaces, high heat resistance and adheres to water soluble support. Ultrafuse® ABS Fusion+ is used in automotive parts, Jigs and fixtures. Ultrafuse TPE 60D (Old Name: InnoFlex 60) by BASF 3D Printing Solutions is thermoplastic elastomer based filament for fused filament fabrication. It is made from Ecovio® and completely biodegradable plastic & suitable for 3D printing. It is designed for printing flexible parts like miniature tires, drive belts, bracelets and parts. Ultrafuse TPE 60D has minimum shelf life of 12 months. The use of hot air dryer and vacuum oven is recommended for drying. Ultrafuse® 316L by BASF 3D Printing Solutions is a metal-polymer composite filament for the production of metal components in 316L stainless steel. It enables manufacturing using conventional fused filament fabrication (FFF) machines, followed by an industry standardized debinding and sintering process. Used in some functional prototypes and components of aerospace, automobile and heavy-duty tooling. Possesses a non-slip surface allowing it to be applied in most Bowden or direct drive extruders. Exhibits high flexibility, so it can be fed through complex idler pulleys and multiple filament transportation systems in printers with no extra drying. Provides high strength, hardness and good corrosion resistance. Ultrafuse® 316L offers an attractive total cost of ownership, fast material exchange as well as easy and affordable metal 3D printing. It has a shelf life of 12 months. Ultrafuse® TPS 90A by BASF 3D Printing Solutions is styrene ethylene butadiene styrene (SEBS) for fused filament fabrication (FFF) printing. Provides soft-touch surface and non-slip grip. Designed for applications where no or very small external load is required and is highly recommended for appliance grips. Offers durability, flexibility and cost efficiency. Ultrafuse® TPS 90A has a shelf life of 12 months.
