Adsint PA12 by BASF 3D Printing Solutions is a multi-purpose, polyamide 12 powder for laser sintering. Designed for prototypes and small series functional parts. It is processable on most common SLS printers. Parts produced with Adsint PA12 offer very smooth part surface and excellent results for detailed prints. Adsint PA11 black CF is a bio-based, carbon-fiber filled, polyamide 11 powder by BASF 3D Printing Solutions, developed for processing selective laser sintering (SLS) printers. It shows high tensile strength, elasticity and high impact resistance. Due to its high ductility, Adsint PA11 black CF avoids splinter in crash situations. Typical applications include motorsports where the environment requires high strengths and stiffness, and/or where exposure to chemicals, detergents and oil may occur. Adsint PA11 GB30 by BASF 3D Printing Solutions is a bio-based, glass-bead filled, polyamide 11 powder developed for processing selective laser sintering (SLS) printers. It has high stiffness compared to unfilled PA11 and maintains a good balance between elasticity and impact resistance. Due to its high ductility, Adsint PA11 GB30 avoids splinter in crash situations. Typical applications include hinges where the environment requires high deformation, and/or where exposure to chemicals, detergents and oil may occur. Adsint TPU 90 flex by BASF 3D Printing Solutions is a thermoplastic polyurethane powder developed for SLS printing technology. It exhibits high elongation and excellent physical properties combined with a rubber-like elasticity and good abrasive- and chemical resistance. Typical applications are hard-soft systems, sport footwear, orthopedic models, hoses, tubes, sealings and wheels. The recycling rate of up to 100% implies a high cost advantage. Adsint TPU 90 flex can be used on machines of all sizes.
