GP® 4864 Triazone Resin by Bakelite Synthetics is a cyclic urea-formaldehyde-amine resin. Provides overall lower manufacturing cost by extending the base polymer and enables formulation flexibility. It is high temperature stable so it can be used under high temperature conditions. It is used in a variety of industries as an extender, solvent or reactive diluent with melamine-formaldehyde, phenol formaldehyde, melamine-urea-formaldehyde and urea-formaldehyde binders. It is also applicable for water based formulations and can increase water miscibility. GP® 4864 Triazone Resin is recommended for ceiling tile, glass mat, insulation and laminate applications. GP® 7648 Resin by Bakelite Synthetics is a waterborne phenol formaldehyde resin. Provides low smoke generation, flame resistance and good strength. GP® 7648 Resin is recommended for air conditioning & mining ventilation, aircraft interiors, composites, fire-safe construction materials, high-temperature applications and laminate applications. It is also designed for use in the manufacture of fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP), specifically for honeycomb and prepreg that meets the requirements of Military Specification MIL-R-9299C. GP® 7600 Resin by Bakelite Synthetics is a high temperature phenol formaldehyde resin. Provides low smoke generation and flame resistance. GP® 7600 Resin is recommended for aircraft interiors, composites, fiber-reinforced polymers (FRP), fire-safe construction materials, high-temperature applications, laminates and prepeg applications. GP® 445D05 Resin by Bakelite Synthetics is a high temperature phenol formaldehyde resin. Provides low smoke generation, flame resistance and good strength. GP® 445D05 Resin is recommended for aircraft interiors, armored vehicles, ballistics, composites, fire-safe construction materials, high-temperature applications, honeycomb, laminates and prepeg applications. It is also designed for use in the manufacture of fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) that meets the requirements of Military Specification MIL-R-9299C, Type II, Class 2. GP® 5236 Resin by Bakelite Synthetics is a high temperature phenol formaldehyde resin. Provides low smoke generation, flame resistance and good strength. GP® 5236 Resin is recommended for aircraft interiors, armored vehicles, ballistics, composites, fire-safe construction materials, high-temperature applications, laminates and prepeg applications. It is also designed for use in the manufacture of fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) that meets the requirements of Military Specification MIL-R-9299C, Type II, Class 2 and Military Specification 64156B. GP® 161G66 Resin by Bakelite Synthetics is a phenol formaldehyde resin. Provides low smoke generation and flame resistance. It is used in conjunction with GP®012G23 catalyst in the manufacture of pultruded composite parts. GP® 161G66 Resin is recommended for fiber-reinforced polymers, fire-safe bus parts, fire-safe construction materials, fire-safe railcar parts, fire-safe walkways, high-temperature applications, laminates and passenger platform decking applications.
