GP® 445D05 Resin by Bakelite Synthetics is a high temperature phenol formaldehyde resin. Provides low smoke generation, flame resistance and good strength. GP® 445D05 Resin is recommended for aircraft interiors, armored vehicles, ballistics, composites, fire-safe construction materials, high-temperature applications, honeycomb, laminates and prepeg applications. It is also designed for use in the manufacture of fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) that meets the requirements of Military Specification MIL-R-9299C, Type II, Class 2.
