Levapren® NPG VP by ARLANXEO is an ethylene-vinyl acetate-glycidyl methacrylate terpolymer(EVM-GMA) with 60wt % vinyl acetate. It is dusted with separating agents such as silica and talc. Levapren® NPG VP is recommended for plastic modifications. It has a shelf life of 36 months. LEVAPREN® 450 by ARLANXEO is a colorless, odorless, water-insoluble ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVM). Contains 45% vinyl acetate dusted with separating agents such as silica and talc. It is soluble in chlorinated and aromatic hydrocarbons. It exhibits high aging-, heat-, UV- and ozone resistance. It can be processed by extrusion and injection molding. It is recommended for cable, construction and automotive industry. The possible applications could be wires, fire retardant, low smoke floor sheets, foams, industrial and high heat cables. The other applications may include zero halogen low smoke fire retardant cables, single-core and fuel resistant cables. Is recommended for use in shoe soles, FR convey or belts, hoses, seals, protective films, hot melt adhesives and PSA’s. LEVAPREN® 450 has a shelf life of 36 months. LEVAPREN® 900 by ARLANXEO is a low viscosity, colorless, odorless, high-performance, water-insoluble ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVM). It contains 90% vinyl acetate dusted with separating agents such as silica and talc. It exhibits high aging-, heat-, UV- and ozone resistance. It is soluble in chlorinated and aromatic hydrocarbons. It can be processed by extrusion and injection molding. It is designed for cable, construction and automotive industry. The possible applications could be wires, fire retardant & low smoke floor sheetings, foams, industrial and high heat cables. LEVAPREN® 600 by ARLANXEO is an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVM) grade. It contains 60% vinyl acetate dusted with separating agents such as silica and talc. It exhibits very good weathering resistance, excellent aging resistance and dynamic mechanical properties. It is halogen-free, flame-retardant and non-corrosive. It offers UV- and ozone resistance. It is recommended for building and construction products such as roofing, roofing membrane & flooring and wires and cables like MV-HV insulation. LEVAPREN® 600 is suitable for industrial & machinery applications like hoses, consumer goods like sports and leisure. It is used in automotive & mobility products like molded parts, hoses, wipers and static seals. Shelf-life: 36 months. LEVAPREN® 500 PXL VP by Arlanxeo is a cost effective, high viscosity ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVM) copolymer. It is a pre-crosslinked grade with 50% by weight vinyl acetate. It is dusted with separating agents like silica and talc. It offers very good rheological properties, high tensile strength, easy process ability and good surface quality. Shows low adhesion to metal and reduced tack. It can be dispersed with reinforcing fillers like highly active carbon black. It is designed for processing by extrusion. Used in high-quality, oil- & fuel resistant hoses, floor covering and cable sheathing applications. The shelf life of LEVAPREN® 500 PXL VP is 36 months. LEVAPREN® 400 by Arlanxeo is a low viscosity, high performance, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVM) grade. It contains 40% vinyl acetate dusted with separating agents such as silica and talc.
