Buna® CB 29 TDAE by ARLANXEO is neodymium catalyzed butadiene rubber. It is TDAE-oil extended with 37.5 phr. It has a very high 1,4-cis content together with a very low 1,2-vinyl content, a relatively narrow molecular weight distribution and a low degree of branching. It can be blended with NR for goods having thick sections and requiring high resistance to reversion, besides improving abrasion resistance. It shows outstanding resistance to aging, reversion, abrasion and flexes cracking, good low-temperature flexibility and high resilience. Buna® CB 29 TDAE is applicable in tires, automotive/mobility, sidewalls, conveyor belts, caterpillar tread blocks, footwear soles and V-belts. Buna® CB 380 by ARLANXEO is a lithium catalyzed butadiene rubber with low 1,4-cis content designed for plastic modification. It is processed by polymerization that enables the production of very pure, virtually gel-free, very clear and almost colorless products. It is soluble in aliphatic- and aromatic hydrocarbons solvent. Buna® CB 380 complies with important food contact regulations. Buna® SBR 2353 by ARLANXEO is MES oil-extended styrene-butadiene rubber that offers microstructures and oil extensions. It improves performance in tire tread applications and particularly where silica is used as the filler of choice. It can be seen as a possible replacement for ESBR 1723 types in CB and CB/silica blends. It has a low glass transition temperature that makes it suitable for winter and all-season tread applications. Buna® SE 1502 L by ARLANXEO is an emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber, produced by cold emulsion polymerization. It has a macrostructure with high poly-dispersions and a low to medium degree of branching. It exhibits excellent processing behavior allowing a high filler loading incorporation in rubber compounds. The vulcanizates have excellent resistance to reversion, good flexibility at low temperatures, while still maintaining outstanding resilience and abrasion resistance. Buna® SE 1502 L is used in tires, retreads, conveyors, belts, piping, hoses, carpets, molded products in general and shoe soles requiring excellent resistance to wear & tear. It is also used in automotive/mobility, building/construction, profiles, foam, consumer goods, footwear, tread, sidewalls, industrial/machinery, sports and leisure. Buna® SE 1739 by ARLANXEO is an emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber, produced by cold emulsion polymerization. It has a macrostructure with high poly-dispersions and a low to medium degree of branching. It contains TDAE extender oil allowing a high filler loading incorporation in rubber compounds while keeping excellent processing behavior. The vulcanizates have excellent resistance to reversion, good flexibility at low temperatures, while still maintaining outstanding resilience and abrasion resistance. Buna® SE 1739 is used in tires, retreads, conveyors, belts, piping, hoses, carpets, molded products in general and shoe soles requiring excellent resistance to wear & tear. Buna® CB 55 GPT by ARLANXEO is a lithium catalyzed butadiene rubber with low 1,4-cis content designed for plastic modification. It is processed by using polymerization that enables the production of very pure, virtually gel-free, very clear and almost colorless products. Buna® CB 55 GPT complies with important food contact regulations. Buna® CB 1221 by ARLANXEO is cobalt catalyzed butadiene rubber. It has a very high 1,4-cis content together with higher 1,2-vinyl content and broader molecular weight distribution with a high degree of branching. It allows easy processing during the production of high-quality rubber goods. It can be blended with NR for goods having thick sections, high resistance towards reversion and abrasion. It can be used in sidewall and tread compounds for tires. Buna® CB 1221 is also applicable in conveyor belts, golf balls, footwear soles, automotive/mobility, seals (static), building/construction, anti-vibration systems, consumer goods, tire retread, rollers and industrial/machinery. Buna® VSL 3038-2 HM by ARLANXEO is a solution styrene-butadiene rubber containing 26% of bounded styrene. It has a modified microstructure with a high vinyl content. It contains TDAE extender oil that allows for very high molecular weights in the rubber increasing the treadwear resistance combined with easy processing. The high vinyl content increases the glass transition temperature values which results in an excellent balance of important properties in tire compounds like handling, traction and rolling resistance. The vulcanizates have outstanding resistance to reversion and a distinguished resilience while keeping flexibility at a relatively low temperature. It enhances important tire properties like grip and rolling resistance. Buna® VSL 3038-2 HM is applicable in high-performance tire treads. Buna® SL 4518-4 by ARLANXEO is an oil-extended copolymer of butadiene and styrene containing 25% of bounded styrene. It is produced by the solution polymerization process using an alkyl-lithium initiator. It provides a low glass transition temperature which gives excellent low-temperature flexibility, abrasion- and low rolling resistance. The vulcanizates of this product have superior resistance to reversion. It is stabilized with non-staining antioxidants. In tire manufacture, it is blended with NR, BR or E-SBR. Buna® SL 4518-4 has outstanding properties in the manufacture of tires, retreads, molded technical parts, injected or extruded goods, surgical goods, shoe soles and automotive industry parts.
