KELTAN® Eco 5470 by ARLANXEO is a highly crystalline, 70% bio-based ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM) with narrow molecular weight distribution and medium Mooney viscosity. It is made with ethylene from sugarcane. It contains medium ethylidene norbornene (ENB) content and a non-staining stabilizer. It is compatible with other synthetic rubbers.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It exhibits reduced dependence on fossil resources and reduced carbon footprint, outstanding flexibility, elasticity and heat stability.</li>
<li>It offers good weather resistance, durability, great surface aesthetics, excellent electrical properties and moldability.</li>

It exhibits cold flow and needs special handling precautions due to its linear character. It is intended for use as polymeric plasticizer e.g. when formulating oil-free EPDM-based compounds. KELTAN® 0500R has a shelf life of 36 months. KELTAN® 1519R by ARLANXEO is an amorphous ethylene-propylene copolymer grafted with
1.9wt% maleic anhydride. Provides improved adhesion or miscibility with numerous substrates and polymers. KELTAN® 1519R has a shelf life of 36 months. KELTAN® Eco 6950 by ARLANXEO is an amorphous, 70% bio-based, flexible, durable ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM) with medium mooney viscosity. Contains high ethylidene norbornene (ENB) content, very low ethylene content and non-staining stabilizer. Compatible with other synthetic rubbers. Exhibits reduced dependence on fossil resources and reduced carbon footprint (up to 85%), elasticity and heat stability. Offers excellent low temperature properties and ultra fast curing. Provides good weather resistance, great surface aesthetics, excellent electrical properties, good moldability and mixability. Designed for extrusion applications to produce greener products. Recommended for automotive sponge applications, dense profiles and wiper blades. KELTAN® Eco 6950 has a shelf life of 36 months. KELTAN® 6471 by ARLANXEO is a general-purpose ethylene propylene diene (EPDM) terpolymer with narrow molecular weight distribution. It possesses the ability to accept higher filler loadings than other elastomers. It shows fast and efficient mixing with additives. It exhibits low-temperature flexibility, good electrical insulation properties, good vulcanizate physical properties such as stress-strain behavior & compression set. It provides very good resistance to heat, chemicals, oxidation, ozone and weathering. It offers better aging resistance than natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) and butadiene rubber. It can be processed by extrusion and calendering. KELTAN® 6471 is applicable for automotive, plastics modification, technical rubber goods, building and electrical industry. KELTAN® 5469 by ARLANXEO is a general-purpose, semi-crystalline ethylene propylene diene (EPDM) terpolymer with narrow molecular weight distribution. It can be cured with sulfur and accelerators. Possesses the ability to accept higher filler loadings than other elastomers. Shows fast and efficient mixing with additives. Exhibits low temperature flexibility, good electrical insulation properties, good vulcanizate physical properties such as stress-strain behavior and compression set. Provides very good resistance to heat, chemicals, oxidation, ozone and weather. Offers better aging resistance than natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) and butadiene rubber. KELTAN® 1500 R by ARLANXEO is an amorphous, mid-shear stable ethylene propylene copolymer with low Mooney viscosity and narrow molecular weight distribution. It shows good low-temperature properties when combined with a proper pour point depressant. It is used as a viscosity index improver when formulating multi-grade crankcase and industrial oils. KELTAN® 1500 R is suitable for use in both non-shear stable and some shear-stable applications.
