Corrtec® Protec™ COPP by Vycom CPG International(CPG International) is a versatile polypropylene (PP) copolymer grade. Available in black, natural, euro gray and in different custom colors in 1/8"-3" sheets. Provides smooth finish, lower stress, maximum heat deflection temperature (190°F) and no moisture absorption. Possesses high strength to weight ratio, resin consistency and turns clear when heated. Exhibits high impact-, corrosion-, scratch and chemical resistance. Shows greater hardness and stiffness vs. and easy to fabricate. Designed for thermoforming and vacuum forming. Recommended for food processing, chemical & liquid tank & secondary containment, medical applications (orthotic, prosthetic devices), containment cabinetry, furniture & fume hoods for laboratory & clean room. Can also be used in fume hoods and ducting die cutting pads for air processing applications. Corrtec® Protec™ COPP complies with UL 94 HB flame rating, RoHS, FDA, USDA and NSF (natural only).
