CORZAN® CPVC

CORZAN® CPVC by Vycom CPG International is a high heat stabilized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) grade available in light gray (1/8-3") sheet. Exhibits excellent corrosion resistance at elevated temperatures, high heat and chemical resistance. Is cost effective and compatible with other Corzan components. Suitable for processing by extrusion. Used in plating tanks, stripping tanks, air handling (scrubbers, ducts, fume hoods), pipe flanges & spacers, electrical cabinets and waste water treatment. CORZAN® CPVC is a high heat stabilized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) grade complies with UL 94 V0 flame rating, RoHS and is listed with ASTM-E-84 & ASTM-D-1784-09.

FLAMETEC™ CP-5

FLAMETEC™ CP-5 by Vycom CPG International is a bright white colored, flame retardant polypropylene (PP) grade. Exhibits high gloss, smooth finish, low moisture absorption, good mechanical properties and superior impact strength. Is water insoluble and easy to cut, route & weld. Recommended for air flow stations, cleanroom accessories and biological safety cabinets. FLAMETEC™ CP-5 complies with UL 94 V-0 flame rating and meets SEMI S93 specification for fire safety in cleanroom applications.

Corrtec® Hitec® HDPE

Corrtec® Hitec® HDPE by Vycom CPG International is a versatile, high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. Provides smooth or matte finish, lower stress, excellent impact strength, stiffness and minimal moisture absorption. Exhibits impact-, abrasion-, corrosion-, scratch and chemical resistance. Is easy to fabricate, weld, machine or thermoform. Recommended for food processing, machined and fabricated parts. Can be used in wood and metal replacement. Corrtec® Hitec® HDPE complies with UL 94 HB flame rating, RoHS, FDA, USDA and NSF (natural only).
