Corrtec® Hitec® HDPE by Vycom CPG International is a versatile, high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. Provides smooth or matte finish, lower stress, excellent impact strength, stiffness and minimal moisture absorption. Exhibits impact-, abrasion-, corrosion-, scratch and chemical resistance. Is easy to fabricate, weld, machine or thermoform. Recommended for food processing, machined and fabricated parts. Can be used in wood and metal replacement. Corrtec® Hitec® HDPE complies with UL 94 HB flame rating, RoHS, FDA, USDA and NSF (natural only). Corrtec® Protec™ PP by Vycom CPG International is a versatile polypropylene (PP) grade. Available in black, natural, white and in different custom colors in 1/8"-3" sheets. Provides smooth finish, lower stress, maximum heat deflection temperature (190°F) and low moisture absorption. Possesses high strength to weight ratio, resin consistency and turns clear when heated. Exhibits high corrosion and chemical resistance. Shows greater hardness and stiffness vs. and easy to fabricate. Designed for thermoforming and vacuum forming applications. Recommended for food processing application, tank & secondary containment (chemical & liquid), medical applications (orthotic, prosthetic devices) and containment cabinetry, furniture, fume hoods for laboratory & clean room. Can also be used in fume hoods and ducting die cutting pads for air processing applications. Corrtec® Protec™ PP complies with UL 94 HB flame rating, RoHS, FDA, USDA and NSF (natural only). Corrtec® Vintec I® PVC by Vycom CPG International is a cost-effective, plasticizer-free polyvinyl chloride (PVC) grade. Available in gray (1/16-4"), euro gray (1/2"-1") and white (1/16"-1") sheet. It is an easily fabricated, weldable and self extinguishing grade. Possesses smooth finish, high heat distortion and good strength-to-weight ratio. Exhibits good impact-, high corrosion- and chemical resistance. Recommended for chemical processing equipment, air handling, scrubbers, ducts and fume hoods. Other applications include planting tanks, acid baths, fabricated piping components, electrical cabinets, laboratory workstations and pool components. Corrtec® Vintec I® PVC complies with RoHS and is listed with ASTM-E-84 and ASTM-D-1784-09. Corrtec® Vintec® Clear PVC by Vycom (CPG International) is a transparent polyvinyl chloride (PVC) grade. Available in slight blue tint (1/16"-1/2") sheet. It possesses smooth finish, good light transmittance and good stiffness.It exhibits self extinguishing property, heat forming without clouding, good impact and chemical resistance. Corrtec® Vintec® Clear PVC complies with UL 94 V0 flame rating, RoHS and is listed with ASTM-E-84 & ASTM-D-1784-09. Corrtec® Vintec II® PVC by Vycom (CPG International) is a lightweight polyvinyl chloride (PVC) grade. It exhibits self extinguishing property, excellent impact-, high corrosion-, shock and chemical resistance. It possesses smooth finish, higher heat distortion, superior stiffness and good rigidity. It provides excellent ductility, excellent fire properties and can be cold rolled. It is used in chemical processing equipment, air handling (scrubbers, ducts, fume hoods), fabricated piping components, transitions, electrical cabinets, junction boxes and consoles. It is designed for thermoforming and vacuum forming applications. Corrtec® Vintec II® PVC complies with UL 94 V0 flame rating, RoHS and is listed with ASTM-E-84 & ASTM-D-1784-09. Available in light gray (1/8-1"), dark gray (1/8"-1/2") and white (1/8"-1/2") sheet.
