VICTREX FG™ 320 by Victrex is an unreinforced polyetheretherketone, food grade thermoplastic material. Provides good chemical resistance to aggressive environments, suitable for sterilization. It excels in high temperature environments, delivering up to 2x drier capacity compared to PPS. Suggested for applications that require wear and abrasion resistance for bearing services. Possible applications are cookware, fryers and rice cookers, fridges, beverage dispensers. Offers long-term creep resistance, point and edge retention and low coefficient of thermal expansion. Other applications may include bottling and filling lines, meat, poultry, fish & dairy filtration and CIP equipment. Also suitable for industrial aseptic processing and packaging. It results in 40% increase in lifetime for oven conveying, reducing both downtime and maintenance costs. Designed for processing by injection molding and extrusion. It also lowers component cost by 80% thereby improving performance by replacing machined metal parts. VICTREX FG™ 320 complies with FDA and drinking water WRAS (UK).
