ULTEM™ resin 1000 by SABIC is amorphous, transparent, flame-retarded polyetherimide (PEI) grade. It is metallizable and transparent to microwave radiation & near IR. Provides high stiffness, strength, hydrolytic stability, low creep sensitivity, shrinkage, good metal adhesion, low smoke and toxicity. Offers radiation resistance (gamma, x-ray), chemical-, UV-C resistance, high electric breakdown strength (BDS) and high heat resistance. Exhibits excellent mechanicals in broad temperature range, good dimensional stability and excellent electrical properties. ULTEM™ resin 1000 is suitable for processing by additive manufacturing, injection compression molding, compression molding, foam-, film- & profile extrusion, injection molding, extrusion blow molding and extrusion compounding. Used in rigid packaging, aircraft interiors, defense, outdoor, lawn & landscape, semiconductors, fossil, electric vehicle, heavy truck, automotive interiors, electrical devices & displays, specialty vehicles, ophthalmics, rail, wind energy, sport/leisure, consumer packaging. It is also recommended for personal accessory, textile, lighting, energy storage, home appliances, servomotor, bus, electronic, electrical components, industrial, automotive under the hood, commercial appliance and recreational vehicle. Complies with RoHS, UL94 V-0, V-2 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853. The natural, uncolored, material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E and JEDEC JS709B. The base material is transparent amber colored but is also available in custom colors- transparent and opaque.

Supreme 10HT by Master Bond is a durable, one-component epoxy (EP) system. Provides high adhesion, viscosity, high sheer- & peel strength, low shrinkage and good dimensional stability. Exhibits good electrical insulation, toughness, versatile cure schedules and good thermal cycling ability. It is a 100% reactive, cryogenically serviceable grade and offers resistance to mechanical & thermal shocks. Also resists many chemicals, such as acids, bases, water, oil, fuels and solvents. Cryogenically serviceable, it is suitable for aerospace, electronic, electrical, computer and metalworking applications. Other applications includes appliance, automotive and chemical industries. applications. The shelf life of Supreme 10HT is 3-6 months. Meets RoHS and NASA Low Outgassing specification.

CYCOLOY™ FR Resin CX7211 (Americas) by SABIC is a non-chlorinated & brominated, flame-retardant polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) blend. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and is used for thin wall applications. It exhibits medium flow, hydrolytic stability, good mold release and chemical resistance. CYCOLOY™ FR Resin CX7211 (Americas) is used in electrical devices & displays, specialty vehicles, rail, sleep therapy, lighting, energy storage, home appliances, electrical components, patient testing, fluid, blood handling, mass transportation, healthcare, electronics and consumer applications. Complies with UL 94 V-0, 5VA and 5VB flame rating.

LNP™ COLORCOMP™ Compound D10006U by SABIC is an UV stabilized, flame retardant, unreinforced polycarbonate resin. It provides heat stability and good mold release. It offers aesthetic appearance and durability. It is available in custom colors. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. LNP™ COLORCOMP™ Compound D10006U is used in automotive interiors, electrical devices & displays, sport/leisure, personal accessory, home & commercial appliances, electrical components and Infrastructure, electronics and consumer applications.

NORYL™ PPE 640 (Asia) by SABIC is a non-reinforced medium-high molecular weight polyphenylene ether (PPE) grade. It offers improved heat distortion and creep resistance. It is hydrolytically stable and non-hydroscopic. It is soluble in common organic solvents like toluene, chloroform and THF. It is intended for use as an additive or a building block in a variety of thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers such as styrenic block copolymers. It is recommended for home appliances, consumer goods, outdoor, additive materials, lawn and landscape applications.
