VICTREX™ HT™ 22GL30

VICTREX™ HT™ 22GL30 by Victrex is a semi-crystalline, high performance polyetherketone (PEK) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Provides excellent strength, excellent stiffness, excellent dimensional stability in high temperature & harsh environments. Exhibits good chemical resistance, standard flow, low coefficient of friction and low coefficient of thermal expansion. Shows insolubility in solvents like acids, salts and oil, low outgassing, low particle generation and inherent purity for reduced contamination. Is easy to process and lightweight compared to steel, aluminum & titanium. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. VICTREX™ HT™ 22GL30 is suitable for higher temperature applications, sterilisation for medical and food contact applications. Complies with FDA.

It does not contain polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or other halogenated additives. Exhibits high strength, stiffness, excellent wear resistance and good chemical resistance. Possesses easy flow, excellent dimensional stability, very low coefficient of friction and low coefficient of thermal expansion. It is easy to process and lightweight compared to steel, aluminum and titanium. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for high temperatures tribological applications. Offers insolubility in solvents like acids, salts & oil, low outgassing, low particle generation and inherent purity for reduced contamination. Is easy to process and lightweight compared to steel, aluminum and titanium. Can be processed by injection molding. Recommended for tribological applications with thin cross sections or long flow lengths. VICTREX™ WG™ 101 complies with FDA.
