VICTREX™ HT™ 22GL30 by Victrex is a semi-crystalline, high performance polyetherketone (PEK) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Provides excellent strength, excellent stiffness, excellent dimensional stability in high temperature & harsh environments. Exhibits good chemical resistance, standard flow, low coefficient of friction and low coefficient of thermal expansion. Shows insolubility in solvents like acids, salts and oil, low outgassing, low particle generation and inherent purity for reduced contamination. Is easy to process and lightweight compared to steel, aluminum & titanium. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. VICTREX™ HT™ 22GL30 is suitable for higher temperature applications, sterilisation for medical and food contact applications. Complies with FDA.

VICTREX™ WG™ 102 by Victrex is a semi-crystalline, black colored, high performance polyaryletherketone (PAEK) grade reinforced with wear additives. It does not contain polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or other halogenated additives. Exhibits high strength, stiffness, excellent wear resistance and good chemical resistance. Possesses easy flow, excellent dimensional stability, very low coefficient of friction and low coefficient of thermal expansion. It is easy to process and lightweight compared to steel, aluminum and titanium. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for high temperatures tribological applications. VICTREX™ ST™ 45GL30

VICTREX™ ST™ 45GL30 by Victrex is a semi-crystalline, natural/ beige colored, high performance polyetherketoneetherketoneketone (PEKEKK) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Provides standard flow, purity and good dimensional stability. Exhibits good chemical resistance, low permeability or moisture absorption and low coefficient of thermal expansion. Shows improved mechanical performance in the 150°C to 200°C temperature range when compared to other unreinforced polymers. Designed for processing by injection molding. Is suitable for applications for higher strength and stiffness at elevated temperatures in a static or dynamic system. VICTREX™ ST™ 45GL30 is used as a potential metal replacement solution for applications such as seals, disk drive carriers, connectors, turbo charger impellors, test sockets and wire coatings.
