PLEXIGLAS® MI7C-56503RB by Trinseo is an impact modified, jet black, polymethyl methacrylate acrylic (PMMA) resin. It possesses high heat resistance, high melt flow and high gloss. This grade provides 7 times the impact resistance of standard acrylics while maintaining excellent optical properties. PLEXIGLAS® MI7C-56503RB offers an excellent balance between melt flow and increased resistance to breakage, while providing outstanding weatherability. It also displays toughness and processability. It is processed by injection molding. It is used in building, construction, automotive, transportation, household equipment, appliances, filters, canisters, instrument cluster lenses, renal cassettes, respiratory care, medical, consumer goods, electrical, electronic, furniture and LED lighting.
