EP30HT-LO by Master Bond is a moderate viscosity, two component epoxy system for adhesive, sealant, coating, potting and encapsulation applications. It is highly structural, cures rigid without being brittle. It exhibits high temperature resistance and optical clarity.

MasterSil 151Med by Master Bond is a two component, low viscosity, biocompatible silicone compound for high performance potting and encapsulation. It is an addition cured system and does not require exposure to air for complete cross-linking. It has a convenient ten to one mix ratio by weight, contains no solvents and will not outgas while curing.

MasterSil 323AO-LO by Master Bond is a thermally conductive, electrically insulating, two-component silicone for high performance bonding, sealing and gap filling. It exhibits high viscosity, high bond strength, flowability and has a forgiving 1:1 mix ratio by weight. As an addition cured system, unlike a condensation cure, it does not require exposure to air for complete cross-linking.
