EMI 960.5 is a self-extinguishing, EMI/ RFI shielding, electrically conductive polysulfone (PSU) grade filled with 5% stainless steel fiber. Exhibits heat resistance. It can be processed using injection molding. The inherent properties of this material make it ideal for electrical and electronic applications. Possible applications include vibratory expiratory pressure device that helps in clearing air for patients suffering from respiratory difficulties. EMI 960.5 is targeted for automotives, gears, pump & tool housings, HVAC base pans & fan blades, panels, handles, brackets, components used in heavy equipments, plumbing fittings, valve bodies, power tools, stationary & handheld work lights, instrument housings, electronic parts, handling totes, housings, fittings, components for fuel dispensers, conveyor rollers and guides.
