EMI 360.75 by RTP Company is an electrically conductive polycarbonate (PC) grade reinforced with 7.5% stainless steel fiber. It provides good creep resistance, toughness, dimensional stability and low fatigue endurance. It exhibits colorability, excellent impact strength, high heat resistance and good electrical properties. It is stable to water, mineral and organic acids, partially soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons and soluble in chlorinated compounds. It can be processed using injection molding. EMI 360.5 is used in instrument housings, fittings and components for fuel dispensers, conveyor rollers & guides, inhalation devices, ECG sensors & other bioelectrical components, pipette tips, sterilization cases, fuel system connectors, filler necks, fuel valves & filters, bexels for electronics and electro-static painting. EMI 660.5 FR A by RTP Company is a flame retardant, electrically conductive acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) grade. It exhibits EMI/RFI shielding, increased surface hardness, impact strength and overall toughness. It offers good balance of properties, ease of processing, good dimensional stability and chemical resistance. It can be processed using injection molding. Possible applications could be heavy duty computer keyboards with excellent mechanical touch, cable tie tool, mouthguard, conductive transport box, asthma inhaler chamber, obstetric vacuum pump and soap dispenser. It is suitable for use in automotive, electronic packaging, medical, industrial and data storage applications. It complies with RoHS. The use of desiccant type dryer is recommended.
