EMI 360.75 by RTP Company is an electrically conductive polycarbonate (PC) grade reinforced with 7.5% stainless steel fiber. It provides good creep resistance, toughness, dimensional stability and low fatigue endurance. It exhibits colorability, excellent impact strength, high heat resistance and good electrical properties. It offers electromagnetic interference (EMI), radio frequency interference (RFI) and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. It is stable to water, mineral and organic acids, partially soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons and soluble in chlorinated compounds. It can be processed using injection molding. It is recommended for automotive, healthcare, electrical & electronics and industrial applications. EMI 360.5 is used in instrument housings, fittings and components for fuel dispensers, conveyor rollers & guides, inhalation devices, ECG sensors & other bioelectrical components, pipette tips, sterilization cases, fuel system connectors, filler necks, fuel valves & filters, bexels for electronics and electro-static painting.
