SustaPEEK MOD ESD 90 by Röchling Group is a black colored, antistatic, self-extinguishing, hardly inflammable, semi-crystalline polyetheretherketone [PEEK] grade. Exhibits excellent dimensional stability, extremely low smoke density, very high resistance to high-energy radiation, excellent abrasion resistance and high wear resistance. Has outstanding sliding properties, optimized balance of stiffness, tensile strength & impact strength, extremely high continuous service temperature and low coefficient of linear thermal expansion. Used in teletronics, transportation, medical technology, aerospace industry and chemical engineering e.g. wire & cable insulation, conveyors, rotor arms, friction discs & seals, shock absorbers, components for analytical equipment, components for dialysis equipment, valve linings and impeller wheels for pumps. SustaPEEK MOD ESD 90 complies with REACH.
